If I could leave zero I would
Just left the restaurant it’s a rainy Sunday not very busy plenty of servers and multiple stairs from different servers the manager the hostess yet nobody came to greet me or my three kiddos. We were sitting for at least 7 to 10 minutes and not even one greeting from a server or even a Drink water from the hostess, who is also not busy at all. I won’t be surprised when this location is shut down I will also be calling corporate total BS

Not only did I have to wait over an hour for my order but when I received it my food was already cold. I politely asked for my money back but they said they would remake it and that took over 30 minutes. This is not the first time I've waited this long for my food. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.

Ordered the 55+ 2x2x2. Perfectly cooked and just right amount of food for $7.99. Our server, Aniece, was perfect. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Will come back!

I stop here to have breakfast wrong decision and a waste of time. The waitress takes my order took forever then we I do get my breakfast it was totally burnt.. That was the worse burnt food I ever seen. Someone who cares need to look into how the cook cares for there customers.

Worst ihop I’ve ever been too. They forgot to bring us a plate of food and napkins not to mention the service was horrible. I had no idea who even was our server because one person brought us a drink another one sat us down and a different one brought us the food. Not once did anyone check on us and bring us our missing food. They also did not bring us no forks or spoons and no napkins. Not once did anyone ask us if we needed anything or just to check on us in general while all the servers were sitting down talking. Our receipt said our server was Samantha not sure who she was but horrible service never coming here again. I usually tip good but only gave her $5.
