C'mom... yall I came this weekend, and it was busy. Today there are only 3 tables of customers and it's taking so long to get service. No paying customers should wait this damn long.

This was a decent restaurant. It was pretty empty in the evening and there seemed to be only one employee playing the part of hostess and waitress but she did a good job. Service was a bit slow but not too big of an issue. The food was tasty and our orders were correct.

Ever since this location opened the service has been awful and the food takes far too long to be prepared. It doesn’t matter if it’s a slow time or a busy time, it always takes too long. Eggs, bacon, and pancakes should not be a 2 hour ordeal! I go back because my 16 year old loves the French Toast but today she made the call for us to just get up and leave. We were seated immediately, which was great. We then waited for 20 minutes and my daughter said let’s just leave Dad. All servers on duty walked by us multiple times. None of them took our drink order much less acknowledged us. Do better or shut down already. Please.

On 8/5, I hate when I am told that something will be done and it doesn't get done. I googled the Sugarland location and was given the Rosenberg location instead. I ordered my food online and went to pick up my order at Suagrland and figured out the order was made at the wrong IHOP!! I called Rosenberg to cancel my order because it was going to take too long to get there and I would be late for work. I spoke to "Jamal" the manager that morning and told him what happened and he told me he was going to refund my money. This was on Aug 5th, it's now Aug 14th and my bank account does not contain my refund of $18.38. If you say you are going to do something, then do it. I don't want to have bad vibes when I go into the Rosenberg location. I hope this reaches the right hands and the right thing is done. I trusted "Jamal" with my name and number to call me and I have not received one call. "Jamal", this is not good management etiquette. I know you were taught better customer service skills than this. If this is how you do business, Do Better. I had to give this a one star review to start this post, but after reading the previous reviews, this place deserves no stars, in fact, negative stars!! It's disgusting how you treat paying customers. Advertising hot fresh food and great customer service is false advertisement and LIES LIES LIES!! Ya'll need to either shut this place down or fire all the employees along with and rehire people who deserve jobs that are hard working and humble. This is not good at all...hmm, where is Channel 2 and Channel 13? People need to know about this. Despicable!!

This is the only Ihop that I have ever seen close at midnight I was very clear with my server that I needed to work for the next 4 hours. I've only been able to work for an hour and a half and I had a very large project this weekend I will not be back.

Just left IHOP fully disappointed. Waitress was inconsiderate and unbothered. She kept walking past us ignoring us, and when the hubs kept giving her the eye, she finally stopped and said something. We placed our order and still never received coffee to start as we watched her ask other tables about what they needed while still ignoring us. It was a terrible experience and we will NOT be going back to this location.
