I feel so disappointed first time here and the service was not good we all got our food and my son was the last person to get his food after 10-15 minutes we got ours I never got ask for more coffee hopefully they get better servers or train them better

CHARLES!!! Me and my wife quit coming here a year or so ago because service was so bad!! But I’ll tell you Charles changed that for us! We were gonna give ihop one last chance and Charles gave us a reason to come back every month and try the monthly pancakes!! Thank you Charles! You are awesome!!

Waitress acted like she didn't want to be there. Someone else took my order, brought my food and after that I was ignored. I really appreciate the man who waited on me because the waitress ignored me and only took care of the table in front of me. I don't live near this place so I'm sure I'll never go back again. The best part of this place is it's new and clean..... and thanks to the nice man who helped me!

Our meal was incomplete. We received the a part of our meal as we were ready to leave. Our coffee was cold when we were told they were making a fresh pot of coffee. Our made it back to our table no more than 2 times to check on us. Never asked if everything was okay? Fo we need anything else? Etc… In conclusion, our server overtipped themselves.Thank goodness there was a nearby server that brought us fresh coffee and made amends to our final tally. I thank this gentleman for doing his best for working diligently in the fast food industry. He deserves my exceded tip that the other server was trying to take upon themselves.

Hire help and pay appropriately. 30 minutes from seating to served. Given bacon instead of sausage, took forever to even be given syrup we had to take it off another table. I only gave this place a second chance as a birthday gift to another, still not impressed. Too long a wait for overpriced mediocre food, waste of time and money.

"Disappointing Experience"I recently visited IHOP, and unfortunately, it was not up to my expectations. The service was acceptable, and the waitress seemed to be distracted not very attentive. The food arrived in good time, but they missed a few things in the order. Despite my attempt to address the issue, the response was lackluster. Overall, a subpar experience that left much to be desired.

We heard a lot of negative things about this place, so we were a bit hesitant to try it, especially at lunchtime. Let me tell you - I'm glad we did! We were seated promptly, and our food came quickly. Our server, Kelvin ( I hope I'm spelling his name correctly), was attentive and pleasant. We'll go back again, for sure!

the food was okay, but the service is rally bad. I have been eating at this location a few times and is always the same. :( poor coustomer service) they take so long to take your order, and when your order comes they may bring your pancakes first, then your main plate after a while. I whent there with my family my wife and I were served first, about ten minutes later brought my kids order. ? very disappointed.

The food was great! The service was very slow; however, the waiter was apologetic and let us know ahead of the fact that there would be a long wait on our food since they were so busy. He was very personable, and I could tell they were all doing their best at the moment.

First I’d like to express that I have in the past posted great reviews on this establishment on Google. With that being said, I had the worst experience ever today in a restaurant setting. It began when I received cold coffee. I didn’t make nothing of it and thought I would just ask for another cup. As we were waiting for our food to come out, a huge group entered and were seated next to us. Keep in mind there was a lot of room throughout the restaurant to sit them in. I can understand that they were celebrating a birthday , but it all went from bad to worse when he made it a priority to focus on them and forget us. The server kwan apologized for forgetting us and the rest of our food. In short, our server forgot about us because he was more concerned with helping the other patrons, the food came cold, some items were missing and I didn’t appreciate the insincere apology from the server. Not sure if I would come back. I guess what I should have done is stood up and look for him to tell him he forgot us.

We came in around noon for a late breakfast. They were not very busy, but the restaurant was very messy. The floor was very dirty and needed to be swept. There were lots of dirty tables. The host was very friendly, but I think he was also overwhelmed. He was trying to clean tables. I felt so bad for him. I'm not even sure if the assistant manager or manager were even there. If so, how could management overlook the mess?? We saw some employees sitting around and on their phone. Needless to say, we got up n left. Bad management. If the restaurant was dirty, I'd hate to see the condition of the kitchen.

Absolutely atrocious experience. The poor hostess had to clean the disgusting section she tried to seat us in because the staff was too busy to clean apparently. The manager, whom seemed intoxicated, was very rude and dismissive of our concerns. Proceeded to tell us to leave, turned her back and walked away... we expressed our gratitude to the waitstaff for their acknowledgement and left extremely dissatisfied. Good luck to anyone who chooses to dine here...
