Hidden Gem with Flavors That Shine, but Service Needs Polishing

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem! The price, quantity, flavors, and freshness absolutely justify the visit. The ambience gives off warm, welcoming vibes, and every dish was bursting with flavor and freshness. Prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. Even the silverware and plates were neat, clean, and cute — a small but thoughtful touch.

The only downside, however, was the service. The restaurant seemed understaffed, and the servers could use some training in customer engagement — wearing a smile, greeting guests warmly, and checking in occasionally would make a big difference. Despite requesting that our food be served hot, the servers didn’t pay much attention. With only two people managing the front of the restaurant on a busy Friday night after 8 p.m., it was clear they were overwhelmed.

As a result, some dishes arrived at less-than-ideal temperatures. For example, the Garlic Naan was cold by the time it reached the table, and the Khoya Kaju, while delicious, was only barely warm. The gravy had great flavor, but the cashews seemed tossed in without seasoning. The Roti came out just warm, and the Bhinda Sabji followed nearly 10 minutes later, throwing off the meal’s flow.

Overall, the food was outstanding, and I’ll definitely be coming back. With some attention to staff training, better timing, and more attentive service, this place could easily become one of the best dining spots around.

I went during the afternoon with my friends and it was such a good and beautiful resturant to go to. I ordered chicken tikka and garlic naan. The food was very good quality and fresh. And the service was very good and th staff was very polite and respectuful to us. I highly recommend this resturant to new people in Houston and just to everyone in general. :)

Ordered the buttered chicken and it was absolutely amazing. 10/10 definitely recommend. I also love that you can choose your spice level, which isn't available at a lot of restaurants. They also have buffet options during lunch time.

Very pleasant experience, the owners have put in special efforts in the minute details, and that’s pretty impressive! Serving a complimentary snack as you are deciding upon the order, the copper water jug, and crafted crockery are definitely heart winters!

I usually order ahead to pick mine up to go. It is always ready promptly when I get there. The food itself is absolutely amazing. It rivals some of the best Indian food you can find inside the loop. I am so glad to have this gem in our community.

Nice location for my family and we love Indian food. This food was “mid”; lacked complexity of flavor and wasn’t spicy at all. Had to ask for water 5-6 times. Also, the cost for serving was too high.

I found out about this place through a Facebook group; decided to try out. I must say, all the food items we ordered were exceptionally delicious; quantity and price is very good as well. Service is exceptional too. Very nice ambiance and clean restaurant. I am definitely coming back again to try more items on their menu. Must try restaurant!!!

We have never eaten at the restaurant physically but door dash or pick up frequently (very frequently 🤣). Butter Chicken, garlic naan, Samosas, Chicken Biryani, chana masala and vegetable biryani are great.

Portion size is perfect, and the curry and biryani comes with a good amount of meat compared to other places.

Dessert is good as well particularly the Carrot halwa and the kheer.

We also love that they have kids menu (naan pizza, chicken)

Hope to one day try the buffet.
