These donuts were fine a few years back but going to it again after a while is just a major disappointment. They taste old and the kolaches are absurdly priced for even the small ones. Almost twenty dollars for a dozen kolaches and nearly fifteen dollars for a dozen donuts is terrible considering Shipley's has it for two to three dollars cheaper. Service was fine albeit lackluster but I won't stop here again for a mediocre breakfast. Just go to a chain that'll give you more bang for your buck

Wow was considering going to try this place but the reviews and worse the owner is so rude and defensive and wrong in his replies, I'm glad to read his ugly side and take my bussiness elsewhere

The owner of this place is very rude. I will never go back there even if that’s the only place in the world.

I asked for ham&cheese kolache. I got a spam with some sprinkled cheese kolache; needles to say, I did not eat it. Strawberry filled donut had a very bready texture. Glazed donut was alright. Overall, not good enough to be a returning customer. Young lady was nice, service (besides not getting the ham&cheese kolache) was alright.

I actually like the donuts here. I’ve never experienced anything bad or a rude person. The only issue I have is that they keep the Donuts that has Nuts and Coconut on it next to the others. I have 2 daughters with serious Nut and Coconut allergies and we went in a week straight and each donut that my girls wanted was touching a donut that had nuts on it. I did suggest that it may be a good idea to probably keep them separate for people that have allergies. They both looked at me and continued to get the other items. I had to get them donut holes instead when they wanted a sprinkle or pink iced donut.

Been going for a while but the quality has definitely declined. The prices just keep going up is better to get donuts somewhere else. Everything tastes a day old. Will no longer be going back.

I'm only going to speak on the customer service. I just left and decided to do this review before I pull off. A lady waited on me. She already seemed to be having a bad morning. I ordered 4 kolaches. I asked for 4 separate bags because they are for 4 different people in the office. Attitude got worse. I don't eat pork so I kept mine separate. More attitude. No food is that good for me to deal with that. I asked If something was wrong she wouldn't respond. I asked her two more times and she finally told me no. I said I won't be back. Then she just kept repeating have a nice day. That was the first time anything pleasant came out of her mouth. Don't waste your time or money if you're looking for good customer service

We miss the old owners/workers, especially Sarah. My kids have complained the new one staff are rude for weeks now. I just went in today, giving the benefit of the doubt, and was shocked. No one wants to give business to someone who acts like the customer is an inconvenience. We've been customers since they opened. Won’t be back. All for $1.07 donut.Without customer service, a business has nothing.

I’ve been to this place several of times and was always greeted with kindness. The older grandma lady, the tall man and the shorter lady are very nice. I work in the area and the 3 people who I described remember me. So today, I walked in to just get a straw and the medium height lady was RUDE! I asked nicely may I get straw before even touching or taking one and the lady proceed to say “you’re not buying anything so why do I need a straw” I explained to her that I work in the area and I always purchase things from them and I needed a straw for my drink. She proceeded to yell and get loud with me so I told her to have a good day and left. I WILL NOT SUPPORT OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STOTE and I suggest you don’t either.

Almost $8.00 for a juice, donut, and small kolache. The math doesn’t add up to why my total came out so expensive. When I asked for my receipt, she was bothered and hesitated to give me one. Would’ve been better going to shipleys but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Won’t be coming back.

This is the only donut shop I'll go to since moving to Rosenberg. I left off one star only so people would read my review. ON03/29/2023 I have never encountered a more miserable bunch of faces in my life! How in the hell are people this rude while in a donut shop?? It's not the business, but the customers that had me flabbergasted. It wasn't too early about 7:30 am. Anyway, I usually send my man and our daughter and they never had a problem, they said. I had our daughter with me that morning, and she noticed a difference in people's attitudes. I'll go back until they get used to seeing my face....
