Run far away unless you want a run-down place that refuses to make some of the menu items, doesn’t give you all of your order, and makes you wait for an hour to get a meal. This is the most atrocious establishment I have ever been to and I’m done giving it chances.

Just left from there traveling 4 hours. The lady at drive thru couldn't fully understand and got the order wrong twice. The cook messed up our burgers and sent it back but still messed up on drinks. They have no smiles, no customer service skills what so ever. ALSO. Charge me $2 for bacon yet only give me ONE slice of bacon. That's bullcrap. This place needs to fire ALL employees and rehire. This place is disgusting

Currently sitting in the drive thru with a hungry toddler in the backseat for 20 minutes now. Service is slowwwwwww. Not sure if they are understaffed but this place is a wreck with service. If there weren’t 2 cars in front of me and 3 cars behind me I would leave.

By far, the worst jack in the box. Long wait times on products and not fully stocked on products. I've never heard of an establishment running out on kid burgers. I'm not sure what's happening here, but workers seem stretched.
I commend them on their respectfulness and customer service, though.

We waited in the drive through for 30 minutes only to be told they are only taking mobile orders. Why do you have the drive through window open if you can’t take orders? When we finally got to the window (after downloading the app and ordering there) the employee was wearing pajamas and ignored us for another 5 minutes. So unprofessional Update: while we were at the window the employee grabbed her bag and walked out the door. We never got the food we paid for on the app

This place needs a change in management asap. Employees are ignoring customers, the food is cold and greasy. It's such a shame that such a great concept as Jack in the Box meals is associated with trash food. Also, this location is sitting on prime property,but it's pretty obvious that profit is not the priority. If you work here, you should be ashamed of you how treat people and what you serve.Life in general is challenging, so you don't have to make it more difficult by having a terrible disposition. If you take customer's money, the least you can do is serve warm food.

I'm showing the worker the corporate website and what i'm supposed to get ...and she's just like no,no not for that price....IT'S a Corporate deal to draw in customers....which is why they are spending thousands on marketing for it....You can't make your own decisions based off how YOU feel , So I said no worries I'll just mention it in the survey...She said ok and shrugs her shoulders and lied about the receipt being in the bag.
