Horrible staff and the wait time is horrible one car at a time and then you have to go wait at the front the speaker is awful I told them 3 times with mayonnaise no mustard and they still had no mayonnaise in the screen then had me waiting 20 minutes in the front all because I think they got mad when I got to the window and said I want mayonnaise he closed the window mad

Ordered food and wife wanted something on side, deliverance in the back making food had a mouth on him. Lady taking order told him to get us the side we asked for, he got an attitude and was talking loud and also rude to the lady. Will not be stopping back at this location if this is who they hire.

The gentleman working the window was so incredibly rude, he should not be working with the public and because of him I will be coming back to this location. I had a big red can with a little big red in it and somehow it got a bee in it and instead of throwing the whole can out I poured some of the soda out trying to get rid of the bee it was not even that much and he proceeded to tell me I didn’t care about personal property or other people and yes I do but I care more about my toddler I. The backseat getting stung by a bee. It was just rude and uncalled for.

I highly recommend you go to avenue H at least the food is edible and the people are treated more with respect so don't go to that store the manager that was there a long time ago her name was Lucinda they need to get her back so remember what I said if you really want some good food go to avenue H and I stand by that and I don't care who don't like thank you have a great day

Might as well remove the 24hr drive thru because you NEVER get service after midnight. It’s always “we’re only taking phone orders right now.” Or “we’re only accepting cash right now.” Or “ours systems are down.” They’ll find a reason not to have to cook. Just go to the 1 on ave H

By far the worst customer service I’ve had at this location. I placed my order at the drive through and the lady at the window was being very short and rude the entire time. She kept cutting me off and giving me attitude. When I got to the window I paid for my food just for her to tell me that it was never ringed up and had me go through the drive through again! I’ve had issues with this location before but tonight was ridiculous and hella rude! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I Uber eats tonight and I guess the soda machine is down because they gave me 3 canned Cokes but they couldn't even have anyone contact me for a proper substitution since I ordered Diet Coke and can't drink this now. So what a waste of money. No one is answering the phone.

Run far away unless you want a run-down place that refuses to make some of the menu items, doesn’t give you all of your order, and makes you wait for an hour to get a meal. This is the most atrocious establishment I have ever been to and I’m done giving it chances.
