Initially, I dismissed Jacob's behavior as a one-time occurrence, but I've noticed a consistently negative attitude whenever he assists me with my orders. He always seems inconvenienced by simple tasks like scanning the Jason's Deli app and processing Apple Pay. My experience today was particularly unpleasant with him audibly sighing and being short with me as I asked about my rewards status. I literally asked him if he was okay because he was being so intense. In addition to Jacob's poor attitude, the bread on my sandwich was burned and the sandwich itself was sloppily assembled. It makes me hesitant to visit this location again if I’m going to be met with such rudeness when the staff are usually very kind and friendly.

The only issue I had was online ordering glitches, and a minor mix up on my order. Otherwise, the Greek salad ans corn muffins were great and well worth the $11. I went at 11:30am. It was busy, but staff was still pleasant. Highly recommend.
