Jersey Mike's Subs

I submitted this complaint to corporate on 11-26-2025 and has NOT been addressed yet. I really feel as if they’re trying to sweep it under the rug, and hope that it’ll just be forgotten. However, because this could potentially have a lot of people sick, I wanted them to address and correct this ASAP. And if not, I have no choice but to report this to the Texas Health Department.

This is the 2nd time that I've experienced the staff preparing food with dirty gloves on. Today, the young man was cleaning the dirty counter, where the food is prepared with a wet towel, and then proceeded to get my bread, with the same dirty gloves on. I had to ask him to please not use that bread because it was dirty from his gloves, and to change his gloves, which he did. However, he placed that dirty bread, right back on the tray, for the next customer. SMH. My visit before this one, the same thing was done, except, I was able to intercept him touching my sandwich with the dirty gloves, and asked him to change them. At this point, I'm beginning to think that this is their protocol. And after the wiping down of the counters, they should be putting wax paper down. No sandwiches should be exposed to a fresh wipe down of the counters. I was so disgusted, that I don't think I could go back to this store. I've given them two many chances on righting my online orders. Which made me only order my food in person, which could be an inconvenience. However, I still went and supported because it was a new business in our immediate area and I like their food. But I will just have to find the next nearest one.

Jersey Mikes is my absolute, #1, without a doubt favorite place for a sub. Also, my order is ALWAYS correct - which says a lot because I get JM at least once a week. I never tire of it and have never had a single bad experience. The quality of ingredients is top notch as well and I have never found another place that is even close.

Number 13 is absolutely the best. Jersey Mike's is the best sandwich shop ever. The staff here is very polite and fast when making sandwiches!

What a fantastic group of people at the store, they were fast, efficient nice and they even told me on Mondays. It’s double points day. The gentleman at the register also reminded me to use my app and I also got two free sandwiches from that. I always forget when I go in in order to use my app. I was grateful for the reminder. I loved Jersey Mike’s and this Store and it’s a group of employees makes it even better. Keep up the great work thank you guys so much for all you do.!!!

So I went to Jersey Mike’s about an hour before they closed and asked for a number 26 which is a chicken bacon ranch. She asked me what I wanted and I said no veggies she said so you just want the meat and the cheese and the sauce and I said yes. Mind you there were about three people in front of me who were still waiting and had ordered online orders as well and there was one person cooking and the rest of them were just kind of walking around doing closing duties. The girl standing next to me, had ordered the same thing And they had forgot her bacon and it was old. 25 minutes later, I get my sandwich, not thinking to check it because she literally asked me what I wanted on it. It has A ton of lettuce and tomato On it. I’m not complaining to get free stuff, but the fact that there was only one person cooking orders or making sandwiches. It was a little upsetting. It’s disappointing to get your food home and not even wanna eat it because it’s not correct. I could’ve had better service at Subway.

Great service, friendly workers, and fantastic food. The store was clean and I didn't have to wait. Sat down to enjoy my lunch with my wife and I observed great customer service the whole time I was there.

The big kahuna and the super sub (mikes way) are my favorite. Staff are kind and efficient. Great sandwich shop.

Cheyenne and Evie were so incredibly sweet and helpful with my questions since it was my first time. The place was exceptionally clean and organized!The sandwich was great and these girls deserve a raise they are so kind!
