Jersey Mike's Subs

This location is the worst. The slowest employees.. came in yesterday they are out of bread (wheat and rosemary). They only have white. Also, they are out of bacon. Like what. It's not even closing time and if they were out they should inform customers coming in so we aren't wasting time standing in line for 10 minutes for nothing. I ended up going to jersey mikes by southwest fwy in sugarland and lo and behold they are stocked with all breads and bacon. They also made the sandwhich quick i was in and out no less than 5 mins. I will NO longer go to rosenberg location anymore, i will go to sugarland location from now on.

I like to walk in and place an order on my way to my weekly appointment in the area. I’m usually there between 3-6pm. Employees are nice, service is fast, portions are good sized for the price! I like their hot sandwiches! Really clutch sandwich shop.

Better off going another one!! This one was so dirty and i saw the employee touch their hair and then touch my sandwich with the same hand. Saw a roach roaming around and I saw mold

This was our first time trying any Jersey Mike's Subs. The service was great. The worker helped us by making suggestions and showing us our options. We were sharing so they cut it and wrapped it separately for us. Great service, great food.

This is my go to lunch spot during work! The service is always quick and the staff is very friendly! I believe it’s always the manager I deal with, the short guy named Adi. Always hooks it up with coupons time to time for catering deals to our office!

Great place to grab a quick bite! Customer service is A1! I’m a big guy and let me tell you this.. Food tasted fresh and the portions are very filling! Made me want to take a nap! 😅

The staff was very attentive and well trained. Food came out great. The manager Daniel came out for a quality check and made sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service. I will be coming back!

I'd never been to a Jersey Mike's before, had food from this one with my family when I was down in Texas. Great food! I wish there was one closer to my place in Virginia!

Horrible business.. Never raise their heads to welcome you into there establishment. No smile, don't speak. Second time this has happened. You will not get my money with that type of attitude. I went to WHATABURGER!! Sure was good.

Please get rid of any flies you have in the store. Nothing like watching your sandwich waiting in queue to get the toppings added and seeing a fly go from one sandwich to another and then on yours. The employees didn’t even acknowledge the fly. Other than that, service was good and food tasted like what I’d expect from Jersey Mikes which is usually fresh and good.
