Today I walked in the store at 8:25 trying to buy me a sub. I was told I couldn't order anything because they had ready clean the stuff for the day. I swear people don't wanna work anymore these days. I asked them why did they clean everything so early because they said they were trying to go home already. SMH . We frequently eat at Jersey Mike’s. I’m from NJ, and their Italian sub reminds me of home. My husband and I visited the location on Reading Road in Rosenberg this evening. We ordered a cheesesteak and an Italian sub made by Ms. Evelyn and Ms. Sophia, respectively. When I tell you they made the BEST sandwiches we’ve ever had—I’m not even exaggerating! We even had to call the store to let them know. If this isn’t your closest location, it’s definitely worth the drive. Thanks ladies, you could taste the love in every bite :)

Stopped in on my overnight trip to Rosenberg to grab a couple of sandwiches for dinner and lunch the next day. I ordered the Roast beef club sandwich with bacon. I had them add mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions, seasonings, and the red wine vinegar and oil. They got them wrapped up to go and I added a couple of bags of Potato chips. The staff was very welcoming and attentive! They had a few customers and one order ahead of me, but they were very focused on getting everyone's order done and completed in a timely manner. Very good service here! I'll use them again in the future!!!

So I went in to grab an order for door dash. I showed the guy at the counter the customer name and one of the other guys told me that next time I needed to say something about the picking up the order. I told him that I did say something even the guy at the counter said the same thing to him. He got an attitude with me saying that you see that we are busy so next time speak up and talk to one of the staffing

Evening 8/25/23 - So, where do I start...employees clearly had better places to be by their attirudes. After placing my order and the worker piling the ingredients on the flat top, I walked to the register, he also rang me up. Here's another fast food establishment with only walk up counter service prompting me for a tip ?...as soon as I hit NO tip, and he waited to see my selection..., he walked right back to the flat top, tossed the ingredients once or twice, put it on the bread, wrapped it up and gave it to me in nearly the same exact time it took me to fill my fountain drink and set my drink down at a table near the door. Opened the sandwich at a table inside, it was dripping wet from not being properly cooked, soaked my hands, bread falling apart and half cooked ingredients all over the sandwich paper. Gross. I ate half of it and tossed the rest. Retaliation for no tip? Sure seemed like it. Avoid for poor service, poor product and for ridiculous tip prompting for counter service. $14 down the drain.

They make my sandwich perfect almost Mike’s way, but it’s my way with the extra mayonnaise and pickles. Love it very patient with my warrants and different food needs.
This is a newly opened store, and they seem to still be working the kinks out. Sunday carry out order. I attempted to call this restaurant a few times and each time, after a ring or 2 an automated message stating "no one is able to take your call" came on. Delicious food but there was no parking near this restaurant, and there was no walkway from the back parking lot to the front. Very loud and busy inside, on the verge of chaotic. 1 out of my 3 sandwiches was the wrong sandwich. I will order from here again and hopefully it'll be smoother sailing.Vegetarian options: Mushroom and vegetarian options available with new items noted online.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread available for an additional charge.

So we came in a little before seven, but it looked like the workers were ready to get out of there. They were upset that we had ordered a hot sandwich. I guess they wanted to clean the grill. They were also trying to charge us for 2 regulars instead of a giant. The employee said to the other one charge two regulars . The other employees said “but the giant is cheaper “he said shush” I know don’t let them know.”

If I could give this establishment negative stars I would. First off I decided to order dinner on the way home from Houston and called the store to place an order. The person on the phone told me they don’t take phone orders and I would have to use the app. Well not at 65 miles an hour. So I went directly to the store and not one hello or a smile by anyone behind the counter. The employees certainly don’t seem to enjoy what they do. I suspect this franchise is owned by someone who is perhaps a wealthy MD or absentee management.I will be happy to share my disappointment with the hundreds of neighbors on Next Door.

their deli sandwiches remind me of home so much and i’m a jersey boy at heart. the staff is always friendly and accommodating. the place is smallso there’s limited seating. i’d say this place is more of a take out place. either way if i need my sub fix this is a must go to.
