Karlito’s Grill Taquería

The amount of food I got for the price is fair.. however first off, The little sauces that come with the tacos don't have any flavor other than spice, the pupusa had beans and cheese, but I only tasted beans and again very bland, the queso was very thick, not much flavor same with the rice also bland and I was not impressed with the meat inside of the tacos, the beef was a little bit overcooked, and, still lacking flavor. The Tres leches was also bland I mean the whipped cream on it was decent, but it was pretty dry. I don't know when it was made but super disappointing. even the chips they tasted bitter like they were fried in old oil and over $24. I'm not gonna waste time trying to get a refund from my bank but it sucks because I hadn't been in a couple years and they used to have the best street tacos ever.There was also a time almost 2 years ago, where I placed an order for tamales and they were closed during a holiday, but the system online still took my order and temporarily took money out of my bank account, and there was also a time where I did successfully get tamales, but they were just not good at all. The chicken was overcooked and dry.
I picked up a rental car three minutes from there, so I was excited to see it was in the area and give it another try but after tonight, I don't think I would ever go back again and it's also nowhere near where I live

This little place is amazing. i have tried a lot of different plates and all were delicious and flavorful. I highly recommend this place. All the staff is so friendly and helpful. Overall a great place.

Nice little hidden gem, i was expecting it to be smaller but no the atmosphere was nice! The food was great, I noticed how fresh and flavorful the guacamole,( tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and lime juice), I ordered a combo plate of a chicken taco and chicken enchiladas, the taco was hard shelled with well seasoned chicken in it with cheese lettuce and tomatoes! The enchiladas were juicy with a savory cheesy sauce on top! Overall had a great experience!

Worst Nachos in Texas.Will never recommend ?Raw French fries and lousy cheeseburger UPDATE I received a reply today from this horrible restaurant.They apologized because the chef was sick.They offered to replace the nachos and showed a photo of what I should have received.I would never ever get food here again.. even if it's FREE

This was my first visit but certainly not my last. I wanted a good crunchy taco and they did not disappoint. I love tamales and wanted to try theirs and so glad I did! The tamales are so flavorful and good with a nice masa to meat ratio. If you haven’t tried this place you should. The food and service were wonderful!
