This was the worst 4 piece Chicken tenders that I have had at KFC. They look like small kids meal rectangle pieces with no taste. If you want me to send a picture of this little tenders just let me know.

Order a 16 piece family and I only got 14. They didn’t give me a receipt. I don’t know if the mashed potatoes do not come with gravy, but I didn’t. It’s been a long time that I haven’t been there I believe something happened with my order last time. That’s why I stopped going. they only said that I knew that it was short is because he told me he comes 4 legs 4 breast for Wings and 4 tights check your order before you leave

Ordered two 12 peace chicken nuggets go to the window she said pull up -order will be ready in few minutes - comes outside and confirms if I wanted two 12’s I am still thinking nuggets - I said yes - she refused to correct the order because she said I said two ###12 make sure when you leave the order window they understand your order

I called before I came to the store bc the Brazos Town Center location ran out of chicken before 9 pm. The person answering the phone took my order and had it ready while I drove to the location. That’s superior customer service.
The employees had an attitude with me as soon as I showed up at the window. Lay off those people

Absolutely disgusting chicken the manager (Mercedes suluaga) is very rude and should be fired immediately!!! she gave me the most severe food poisoning. i have never in my life gotten more sick . And on top of that I RECEIVED A CHICKEN HEAD this store should NOT be allowed to be open and don’t even get me started on the cook (Laura Gutierrez) she cannot cook anything evryone in this establishment should be Terminated !!!!
