Went to location several times to get some crispy chicken and was told they didn’t have any and it would be 45 minutes. This location is ridiculous. This is the second time this is happened. It was 5 PM. You would think they would’ve had some up ahead of time for the dinner rush. Called corporate and they don’t seem to care neither so they’ll no longer get my business.

After waiting in line for a long time, the guy taking orders suddenly said, “Oh, sorry, KFC is closed only Taco Bell is open.” No sign, no notice, nothing. This location is completely unorganized, and the manager clearly doesn’t care. Terrible service!

I will try to keep it short as possible, so I apologize in advance. The 3802 FM 762 Richmond, TX location is really in need of retrain and educating their staff on customer service, or at least putting those that want to be there and know how to handle customer service on drive thru. Not at this location. It couldn't be farther from the truth. I use drive thrus due to mobility issues from NF that cause me pain. I tell the ordering spot/box that I was there for an online order pick up. I give the name and am instructed to pull up to window 2. I get up to the window, only to have two men treat me as I was the stupidiest person in the world. They were smirking and saying no they didn't have my order. I explained to them that the screen back where you order pulled it up no problem. They said are you sure about that? I said yes, that I was sure. They then struggled with their system, and said no we have an order two other people but not you. I said that is not possible, when it pulled it up on their screen back there no problem, and that husband and I ordered it for this location. When they asked for the location address, I gave them the address and they snickered. They actually snickered, and said that it was the wrong location that it was further up the freeway near Crabb River Rd. I said that was incorrect, that the road directly in front of their location was FM 762. That the order was for their location. They proceeded to shrug and wave me off, so I said I would come in to talk about it. After all I didn't want to hold up the line. Keep this in mind, I use the drive thru because it is painful for me to walk no a days from a massive scare I have due to NF.I walk into the resturant, and talk to the clerk and he confirmed that yes indeed I had the right location before walking away.I understand it is Friday night and they are busy, but my anxiety was starting to spike and I was in pain and getting a bit frustrated. Two minutes go by before a nice gentleman from the back came up and asked if he could assist me. I explained the situation to him, and he apologized. Said he wasn't even sure what those two were doing in drive thru.Still I explained the order again to him, and he pulled it up instantly with not a problem at all. He went back to get my food, and had a talk with the two of them. I heard the one in shock say oh that was her?The man came back looking annoyed by his co-workers and gave me my food. I thanked him, and proceeded back to my car out front facing FM 762. I broke down by this point as I have severe anxiety issues. So I drove home in tears, in pain, humilitated, and frustrated by the whole ordeal. I should never had have to have gone through any of that. Taco Bell needs to train their employees better, or get those that can do customer service in on drive through and the counter and keep those that want to be demeaning and not really wanting to be there in the back. But then I would worry about the food being done without "extra" ingrediances put in them.

They literally “ran out of chicken”…this was 6:30pm on Friday evening….who manages this place??? Your main job is to make sure you have chicken!!! 🤣. Thats actually comical that this KFC location had no chicken 🍗…

$3 for a single chicken leg? If this doesn’t scream capitalistic greed then I don’t know what does

I hope KFC goes out of business at some point. I can buy 12 chicken legs for $6 at the store. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a 8 piece crispy family meal tonight & asked for mostly legs & thighs. It was dinner time at about 6:30 pm. I was willing to pay extra for this request. I was immediately met with “let me see if we have any crispy chicken because we just made a batch of original” I said I was willing to wait. I was then told oh it’ll take like a hour. I’m not sure how it’d take a hour to fry some chicken I could fry 3 batches of chicken in that time at home but he let me know they had enough crispy for my order. I asked 2-3 more times to please be sure there’s more legs & thighs & I could tell the guy at the window was just blowing smoke up my a** saying he told them. When I called him out on it he replied “yeah a lot of people ordering chicken” Well I’d assume so since you’re a chicken restaurant & it’s dinner time! Naturally I got home & there’s no more legs & thighs as requested but even the leg & thigh I did get were almost burnt. We don’t visit KFC often but thought we’d give it a try again tonight & I guess ultimately thank you for reminding me why we don’t come here.

Please allow the reviews to guide you. This place has poor reviews for a reason. I arrived to order chicken and tacos, they gave me 7 pieces of chicken instead of 8. When l brought this to their attention, they had me hold each piece of chicken up counting to prove l was telling the truth. Really!!! Why would l lie about one piece of chicken. So l requested a refund of the entire $25 order that they ended up throwing in the trash. So bad service costs money. I will never go to this location again and advise you not to do the same. Never spent even a penny in an establishment that treats you poorly or gives you subpar service.

Had a 3 piece meal. All the chicken was dry and looked as if it had been made the day before then heated up. The skin on the 2 thighs and leg was tough and way overcooked. They sold me warmed over chicken. The corn looked brownish, probably reheated many times. The slaw was just ok. Never going to this KFC again!! I know how freshly made KFC is supposed to look and taste. This food wasn't even close to regular, fresh KFC. Never going here, again
