This location has been a go to for years, but today's visit was a travesty. I was only customer "in line" but was not acknowledged for almost 5 minutes, then zero interaction with the "customer service" - er - order taker, except "We're out of Cole slaw" and "Your total is $_" Even though there were at least 8 people "working" the food prep area (at least one of which didn't have a hat or hair covering - thanks for sharing your beautiful locks with us, but please not in our food - there were dozens of condiment packets and other trash all over the serving area, and the restroom trash was overflowing with paper towels and floors were wet (NOT a clean wet).Asked to speak with a manager as another customer was standing at the counter with their 2nd food complaint, but no one acknowledged either of us for another 3 minutes. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT!

Does this picture look like 12 bucks to you? Me neither.Okay, so I haven't been to this KFC or any KFC in forever. Last time I went to one, a dinner came with two sides, so I ordered three tenders, coleslaw, and corn. The person who took my order made no mention of the fact that the second side would cost extra.When I got to the window and they told me $11 and change, I said wait a minute I thought the three tenders meal was $6 and change. He said it came with only one side. I said well then I want the coleslaw but not the corn.After I got home and counted my change, I realized that he had not taken off the corn and had given me what I originally ordered at the price that was originally quoted. I think the difference between $6 and change and $11 and change for one little cup of corn is pretty outrageous.I wanted to see just how much that extra side cost me, but guess what there was no receipt in the bag. Nor did they offer me any sauce. And they do still give sauce; I looked online to check that out.I will not be eating here again and I would not recommend it to anybody else. That's what I get for acting on a whim.Edited to add that I just ate their so-called biscuit for dessert. I deeply regret the Kerrygold and Bonne Maman that I wasted on it. Not to mention the calories I could have spent on something else.

The food was not as good as I remembered it from the past.
They are always out of biscuits and always running out of dark meat and or white meat. They can't keep it together especially on the weekends.

This by far has got to be the absolute worst location ever. Anytime you go after 9 you pull up and either Taco Bell is closed or KFC or they are only accepting cash . Then you end up being stuck in the line .The staff could at the bare minimum have a sign so people can get out of line and not be inconvenienced.This has happened multiple times and it’s ridiculous. Either they are stealing companies time or dollars but it’s at the expense of customers. New management needs to happen right away. It’s sickening at this point

States online KFC is open however I went there at 9:30 and was told they are taking orders for taco bell... If KFC stops orders at some point you guys really put that KFC is closed....

This place claimed to be out of chicken sandwiches, green beans, and the Mountain Dew Baha Blast drink.One of my brothers says this location is also known for getting orders outright wrong so he never comes to this KFC/Taco Bell any more.

Not a clean place. Kitchen area , restrooms and lobby were very dirty. All trash cans filled to the top. No toilet paper in restroom stalls. I don't recommend this at all.
