Little Caesars is what it is. Affordable and fast pizza, but my experience has been that this location suffers in quality of the pizza when they are slammed with customers. Go when they are not so busy and you'll have a better experience. I pre-ordered my pizza this time thru their app so I would have a made to order pizza. I could tell when I took it home that they gave me a pizza that had already been maybe and sitting out.

My husband and I just stopped in and got a box of pepperoni crazy puffs!!! They are absolutely fantastic crunchy juicy delicious! The server was very nice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🍕

The food was greasy the wings overcooked in hard I will never come back to this place again they need to train their staff a little bit better the one that's in Houston is not like this I went inside it was horrible I just left the food I didn't even want it they could keep the money it wasn't even worth my time.

Did an online order today order# 927 through website for two large pizzas for 8 people visitors and received only one large pizza. Delivery guy or store did not deliver the other box. Do have the photo sent to me through message from driver named Scott showing one pizza. Called the customer service number displayed online 800-711-2604 and lady answered and stated nothing she can do to help me with online orders. So why answer the phone? Why work there if there is nothing you can do to get my pizza box that the store failed to deliver? At the end of the phone call with lady, she gave me the impression to never do online orders again from Little Ceasars since there will be no help at all if the situation were to happen again?! I would take her advice, and not do any online ordering again from this vendor. Thank you for robbing my money Little Ceasars! thank you! The least I should have received was the other box missing delivered to me today from vendor asap. Should not matter if it was an online order not! It is close by in my area. What is the issue in that? Don’t assume because it’s an online order you can’t honor that to customers instead of having them re-order again online and having to pay for tip again, service fees, city fees, state fees, and delivery fees plus tax lol cmon man?? How does that makes sense to you having the customer pay all these fees again for something your store failed to deliver ?? It’s not the customers fault. Never ordering again online from this store. Will leave another review in other websites as well tonight. This is wrong. Lack of customer service and lack of empathy. No help. Therefore no customer either.

I love this Little Caesar's location and have been a customer for almost 10 years now. We find that Little Caesar's pizza is the only pizza that doesn't leave us with upset stomach or heartburn, things we have to think about in our 50's. Lately I have been ordering the thin crust pizza and have been very happy with the quality and service. Sometime around mid-October the thin crust pizza started coming out with extra-extra-extra cheese, which makes the pie too greasy and heavy and we end up throwing half of it away. I explained the problem with two different managers and finally got a pie that was "normal" cheese. I am not sure how to order a thin crust pizza anymore for fear that I will waste money on a 3x cheese pizza that we don't care to eat. I have to ask for a manager every time to supervise the pizza is made with normal amount of cheese, and that seems like a hassle. 25 great thin crust pizzas in a row, then 3 of the last 4 came with too much cheese... What to do?

It's almost always hot here. It's too small for the number of customers they bring in. The parking sucks. The drive thru is ridiculous.
Parking: The whole area of parking needs to be re-done. So does the drive thru. They need to bring in a construction crew and fix the parking lot.

I've had pizza delivered from here twice (detroit style meat lovers) and it was delicious both times. Perfectly crisp, saucy, and flavorful. We got the BBQ wings this time as well and they were really good. Definitely recommend.
