Pizzas were late and overcooked. I was given what looked like an half open dropped container of old marinara sauce with my breadsticks. No apologies or acknowledgement of any sort when I pointed this out. Location is clearly understaffed. Driveway out front is filthy and stinks of sewage. Filthy location. Not going back.

We have purchased food from this Little Caesars periodically, but our experience, especially over the past several months, has significantly declined. The food quality, preparation, and presentation are no longer consistent with Little Caesars standards.
Online ordering has been a recurring issue. Almost every attempt results in a message that this location is not accepting online orders, causing us to miss advertised promotions.
Two nights ago was the final straw. The lobby was locked earlier than posted hours, forcing drive-thru only service. When I asked about the ongoing online-ordering issue, staff said they didn’t know anything about it. I was initially told online promotions would be honored, then immediately told they would not.
Customer service appears to be a low priority, and the lack of consistency and accountability is disappointing. This location does not reflect the Little Caesars brand, and I hope corporate will take notice. We will not be returning.

Wow I don't eat out too much But today my son and I picked up some pizza and meet a young man who was extremely nice and helpful sadly I didn't get his name but wow I wish there were more people luke him in this world.
Worst service ever from a cashier Adam worst attitude aftwr I question why is it taking long and a think crust is easy to make he started with his attitude and I know bc I work at little caesars I hope the store manager David can do something about it bc this individual adam is the worst

I went to the drive-through and the pizza was nasty like you’ve been there for a while and they serve me that pizza. It was nasty. Didn’t even cut my pizza right bed service.

Food is good , you just have to wait for forever. They actually bring your food out to you , which is a good thing. Sometimes they mix your order up with another customer. Parking is horrible, like really bad. It's a lot of traffic going in this little lot, due to it being two other restaurants there
Can’t say 100%, but my boyfriend and I got 2 pizzas here, and I think mine made me sick. He got sausage, I got pepperoni. He also felt sick after eating but not as bad as me, and this was the only thing I could think of that did it. 3 days of vomiting later, finally feeling ok again

Came through the drive thru to order one cheese pizza. Get to the window we are told to pull around and they would bring it out and it would be about 7 minutes. Fast forward 15 minutes, and at least 7 other people went in and were given their orders. The gentleman with the tattoos was EXTREMELY disrespectful when asked how much longer we would have to wait. Ended up canceling the order and getting a refund.

Get pizza here all the time. I like what little ceaser pizza is. Price have steadily gone up in this location. Good service, but when busy can take 15 to 30+ minutes to get your order.

I ordered a slice and stix and they took 45 minutes because every one was standing around talking and when I walked in to see if my pizza was ready I heard the guy on the headset talking to a customer and was asked if they could order crazy puffs I saw 6 boxes in the warmer. the guy on head set looked over at the girl who I think was the manager and asked. are we selling crazy puffs and she laughed and said no I want them. this is completely unacceptable ive been going there for the last 4 years and this makes no sense its never happened before.
