Im a first time customer. I was greeted by a pleasant lady name Diana & I told her all I wanted was a "3 PC chicken wings" only. She, tried to offer me the combo's but all I wanted was the 3pc. I told her that I'm having at home "chicken & waffles " she, said that sounds good. Well, Diana the chicken was delicious & season well?. I'll be back?

Beware of added cost in the name of NCA these guys charge on top of the taxes. They wont tell you unless you ask them and point to a flyer that says you can save it by using cash. Nobody at the counter tells you this at the time of payment.

The lady supervisor has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When asked for a supervisor she didn't want to provide me the information then yelled Muhammed was the owner. Money was taken out my account with doordash then I waited a hour for food only for her to tell me she hasn't confirmed it yet because she has other customer. Refused to complete my order after I been standing there waiting for my pickup order. It was very rude and unprofessional. And it'll take a while for Doordash to refund me.

This location in Rosenberg is always on point with the quality of food. Ive never had fast food shrimp so good, the batter is fried to perfection with a little spice. The fish and chicken are always good and hot. I like the red beans and rice better than Popeyes. It's really like they serve quality food in a fast food setting at a reasonable price.

Nice + clean atmosphere with nice artwork on the walls. The customer service was great. The prices were reasonable. I ordered the shrimp fried rice + wings + mango slush and they were okay. I feel the wings lacked a little seasoning, but I would return to try something different. The mango slush was also delish!
