This McDonald’s is one of the best ones I’ve been to, Quick service, Food came out fast and hot. Their employees are very friendly and attentive to the customers. Restaurant is very clean in the dining area and restrooms. Their staff frequently checks to see if you need drink, refills, napkins, condiments, etc.
Drink refills at the counter only, Not a fountain dispenser in the dining area. Parking lot is small and very busy during rush-hour so I may need to park in the adjacent grocery store parking lot area.
No Kids play place at this location. Plenty of seating if you wanna sit down and grab a bite Many of the booths have wall plugs for charging devices and bench seats are pretty comfortable and well padded.
The owner and management team seem like they’re on top of keeping things moving quickly and making sure staff is on top of their jobs.
Would definitely come here again for another bite👍😁

Very Disappointed With How Management Is Here. The Service Has Declined So Low That I Would Rather Avoid McDonald’s In General. I Was Left To Wait For My Food At The Curbside Parking Spot. I Waited 20 Mins, No One Ever Came To Me Or Explained To Me That My Food Was Given Out To Another Customer. The Manager Had An Attitude Because I Questioned Why I Was Left Out Waiting For So Long & Haven’t Received My Food. He Straight Out Told Me He Was Going To Give Me A Refund Instead Of Apologizing Or Asking How He Could Better Service Me. Horrible Manager, Horrible Service & Horrible Business. Avoid This McDonald’s. Rosenberg Texas Has 2 Different Locations Make The Drive & Give Your Money To The Other 2 Locations. As For This Location They Need New Management && New Staff ASAP Or This Store Will Get Shut Down From The Poor Productivity.

I drove thru drive thru and ordered coffees and hot chocolate waited it for 10 minutes. Went inside and ask about the order the Manager came out with an attitude told me that I have been waiting for so long and the the coffees were being made. I said well nobody told me the coffee were been made. And still giving me an attitude and I ask for my money back. I don't understand why and how the get to be manager and not know how to handle a situation. This message goes to the GM Ann Garcia your manager need training again.

the manager is hispanic and is racist to his own people he has such a bad attitude and also all the staff, we ordered 7 drink in total 4 large and 3 small and they only gave us 6 and didn’t want to give us the last one even if we had the receipt also told us not to come back again.
