Worst McDonalds I ever dealt with, order hot and spicy asked for 3 ranch for each meal I got they told me this isn’t chick fil a😂 so their charging their customers 1.75$ for sauce. But let’s be honest if I asked for 3 ranch at the drive thru they would have put it in the bag,

The wait was ridiculous. After I placed my order on the kiosk and paid, the counter person told me they were out of Frappes. Then I had to wait a long time to get my refund.
This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s I have picked up from my customers been waiting an hour this crew needs some serious help

For the most part I've had bad experiences. Multiple times I have had missing items. Many times I have ordered no onions and still got onions. One time it looked like they put extra onions on purpose or something. Employees vary. Some clearly don't care but some are very nice and go above and beyond.

Second time this has happened. Hours on the website are not accurate. Showed up and the store was closed, lots of people just sitting in the drive thru waiting for no one.

Great play place to let the kids play and burn off some energy while enjoying their favorite food. The only disappointment is that drinks are not self serve and you don't receive them until your food comes.

Order on the mobile app for pick up. When I got there they didn't have the four strawberry creme pies. Told me it was a 12 min wait so they refunded me the two strawberry creme pies. Then I get home missing a burrito on my order. Unbelievable its ridiculous the amount of mistakes they make. All the manager can do is apologize. Needs better management its like no one knows what the hell they're doing.

Very disappointed I ordered a big mac (no bun) extra extra onions I end up getting it with a bun and no onions and this is the third time it has happened like how hard is it to read and follow instructions, then they remake and still put the same amount of onions as it normal comes with then tell me that is extra like really I've worked for McDonald's for over 3 years I know what extra looks like but they act like it's to much to ask for so yes I decided to post this review because it made me upset!!! They act like the onions coming out they check or something shoot I would of even paid more but that was not extra at all!!! Then not even a sorry for the mistake that was made on there part horrible customer service!!!!!

Horrible service. A female drive thru personnel was rude and wouldn’t provide our sauces. When we asked for specific ones, she gave us 4 of what she wanted. I then asked again if she could simply give us the sauces we asked for that come with a 40 nugget bundle. She looked at me and said I gave it to him and I said you gave us ranch. We didn’t ask for that. She proceeds to walk away and yell “get me off, I’m ready to get off” I asked for a manager and the manager came with the same bad attitude.

If it’s on your web order as free it’s false advertising to then tell the customer at pickup they have to pay for condiments.

This location never pays attention to the counter inside. It takes forever to get acknowledged. When you order lemonade with no ice, they choose not to fill it up. Any other drink like HiC they fill it up with no problem. Today, 5/2/2025, I ordered a lemonade with no ice for my family member with dementia and the drink was not filled to the top. I spoke with Ann Garcia the general manager who made it and she said that was all that came out so that was all I was allowed to get. This family member will not accept it that way (thinking someone drank out of it). That drink not being full would cause more problems. I had to purchase a small lemonade just to fill it up to avoid upsetting my family member. This has nebrr happened before, ad I mever have any issues with ordering this drink. This is disgusting and I hate that this drink is her preference, otherwise I wouldn't come here. Do Better General Manager Ann Garcia. You should be ashamed of yourself. #dementiaawareness #gopurple
