I came in to place a large order which is typical for me because I have a large family. They were busy at the time and when I began to place my order the person assisting me made our clear he didn't like it through his demeanor. I left and are somewhere else. You lost a $100 order today. Appreciate your customer.

11 – 17 – 2025 Time 1:09 My experience with the Asian manager was very disrespectful she treat minority people differently very small portion. I sit down and washed her next time. I’m coming in with my video camera and put The store on blast social media blast. She was given the white people Caucasian, double spoons as it was one portion. so sad for the people that tries to spend money with restaurants

I ordered dinner for my wife and I through door dash and our dasher was terrible. Homeboy either stole half our food or left it at the store. Unfortunately we got our fire food minutes before the store closed and I called to notify about the error. Another bout of bad luck I called the wrong store though the staff there were also super helpful and redirected me to the right store where I spoke with Ruby. She was super professional and apologetic over the whole situation and rectified the situation. When I went to panda the next day to make up for our failed date night, Ruby was not in store but her coworkers Sharon and Johnnes were also super nice. They honored my discussion with Ruby and were welcoming and hospitable. Sharon also encouraged me to order directly from the Panda app for rewards and less inaccuracy like when I ordered through DoorDash. The food at Panda is fine but the hospitality and professionalism from the team at this store is top notch. 10/10 recommend.

literally will not be back. ordered and was asked to park in the front. turned into twenty minutes. watched staff turning around and talking instead of working. also saw manager seemingly flirting with a line cook. as a GM myself I would be absolutely disgusted if my team acted this way. there is no productive tension to be seen and not to mention that the worker admitted that he was being rude at the speaker. get it together

Came on a busy Sunday and the manager was keeping up with both the in person line and drive thru. She kept apologizing for the wait (which wasn’t that long) and threw in extra chicken for me. Also impressed at how fast they were refilling near-empty options. Another customer facing employee was also smiling and upbeat the whole time despite the rush.

I frequent this location a lot but the service today in particular stood out for me. The speaker was broken in the drive-through so you had to pull up to the window to place an order. Nathan, who was working the drive-through, had amazing service, was very friendly, fast and efficient. Excellent customer service and it’s important for me to write a review when I come across people who provide amazing service. Thanks, Nathan.

I usually don’t expect gourmet from fast food, but my recent experience at Panda Express was a letdown even by those standards.

First off, one of the cream cheese puffs I received was visibly burnt and had absolutely no cream cheese inside — just a hollow, overcooked shell. Pretty disappointing.

Then there was the Beef and Broccoli, which should really be renamed Broccoli with a trace of beef — I counted maybe four small pieces of meat in the entire serving.

To top it off, the chow mein tasted old and not fresh at all — like it had been sitting in the pan for way too long.

Fast food doesn’t have to be perfect, but some basic quality and consistency would go a long way.
