On April 8 I order food to the app and waited for my food to be processed. Two employees that work there Adrienne and Maritza do not know their own address and sent me to another location. Not sure how long does two employees work there but it’s disappointed that two adults do not know their own address costing me gas and time. The other employee and the food are great but this two are not.

I bought a box lunch there at noon, and one of the clerks gave me a very bad impression. I couldn't tell who she was talking to. She didn't look at people when she spoke, and when I confirmed whether she was talking to me, she acted very impatient!

Went through the drive thru and they asked me to pull into the parking lot saying they would bring my food out. After almost 20min, after bringing food out to 3 people behind me, the guy asked if I was waiting for something... He brought out my food that was cold by now and the order wasn't even correct. How can you tell someone to wait and bring them food that's not even fresh? Tried calling the store 10 times and apparently they don't answer the phone. (Can't say they were busy because I was just there and it was dead) The service has been terrible lately at this Panda. Don't waste your money here.

I got chow mein and teriyaki, did a bowl. Chicken was cooked really well and so was the chow mein. Definitely a go to place. You will want to go in and look at what looks the freshest though to get the best experience unless you get Panda when they first open.

Why ask for chicken and you get all veggies and no chicken! You get a few tiny pieces swimming in veggies. AND, you pay $10 for rice and string beans. Come on!
