She apologized, and said my experience wasn't acceptable. She gave me her cell, and asked me to text her our next order, which would be comped. Customer service is important to me. Valerie nailed it. I will update the food quality star, after our next order. I don't expect a problem. Thanks, Valerie!Very disappointing delivery. It arrived a bit late. Understandable on a Friday, early evening. I ordered half pepperoni w jalapeño and half sausage with extra cheese on full pizza. Pizza arrived dry, barely warm and with very little cheese, let alone double cheese. $28.50 with tip, for a barely edible pizza.

I ordered a medium Mediterranean thin crust pizza. When I get home, I found that it was missing some toppings. The edges were burnt in the middle section under the ingredients was overcooked. It was like a cardboard. My dogs would not even eat it. This is so disappointing because I was looking forward to having this pizza. It is my favorite, but not now.

I started eating here about three months ago and really like the place until I go inside and basically was told I can’t have topping on my pizza. I have ordered the same thing every time since I started coming here . Some guy working the front I haven’t seen before told me I can’t get toppings and I’m at the wrong place if I think I can get something that’s not on the menu. Shocked and disappointed to say the least. Worst I ever been treated . Do not recommend this place at all

Ordered for delivery a salad, lasagna and garlic bread. Salad looked like it was last week's with almost all of it being brown. Very disappointed and upset i spent $5 for it.

Every time I order delivery my pizza is so thin and dried out.Very disappointing to pay $30 for the this pizza. I will not be returning.
We usually have a great experience. Our pizza arrived cold and it is shaped oddly. Did they fashion 2 old pizzas together? Something is off. I'm severely disappointed.

Pretty basic dine-in pizza spot. Pizza is great and they have a good variety of other foods to choose from. Service is quick and friendly.Vegetarian options: Most dishes can easily be changed to vegetarian, as well as there being several vegetation dishes on the menu.
Been getting pizza here sense I moved to Rosenberg, never had problems pizza is always good and cooked perfect, fast, and reasonable this beats other fast pizza chains by far, if you want fast pizza place this is the place,
