My husband is a door dasher. He went to the restaurant to pick up his order only to find out my husbands order and another doordashers order were taken to be delivered by Pizza Hut. This is insane and wrong. I hope this person gets fired. This is ridiculous. Not a good way to run a business!

Every time i order from this spot my food comes out the same. I keep trying to give the benefit of the doubt but after 5-6 times in a row i am convinced the workers there are just terrible. My pizzas are always not fully cut, barely any sauce on them, on top of my pizzas always being stuck to the box and they break up in pieces when i try to separate them. It’s ridiculous and whoever is the sorry ahh people making the pizzas need to find a different job because pizza hut ain’t it.

Horrible management and service, ordered and paid online only to walk in store along with several people whose orders were not ready. You had to check in and still wait for your pizza to be made (even if your order was placed hours prior) The employees weren't notifying or letting anyone know what was going on only other customers were talking amongst eachother to explain. Once I reached the front counter after waiting almost an hour the employee had an attitude and decided to give me a slick comment.

Please LOOK AT REVIEWS before ordering from brazos Town center !!!So DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT order from this location looks like it’s something they do , it was my 2nd time ordering but the first I didn’t post . I ordered a pizza and it was BURNT ,hard as heck and cold when I got it ! This is horrible for having to come all the way from home since I paid cash to get my refund as well because they couldn’t send the drive back to give me my money. PIZZA HUT do better in hiring people that like their job! I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE TO HAVE THEM LOOK AT ALL THESE REVIEWS AND TO HAVE SOMEONE INVESTIGATE WHY this keeps happening!

Burnt. Bitter. Utterly inedible. These aren't breadsticks; they're charcoal masquerading as food. Where's the flavor? Where's the care? If I wanted to chew on disappointment, I'd have skipped dinner entirely. Pizza Hut, this isn't a 'hut,' it's a disaster zone. Sort it out!
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. First, they didn’t have an item I ordered, and when I politely asked for a refund instead of an alternative, the staff member was visibly upset. Then, part of my order was incorrect, and when I asked for the correct item, she became frustrated again.
To top it off, I specifically ordered extra Cinnabon icing (which was listed as an option online, separate from the standard Pizza Hut icing), but she outright refused to give me what I paid for and only provided the Pizza Hut version. The attitude and lack of basic customer service were unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
