I been going to Rita's for years but I don't plan on going back anymore. The staff was very unorganized and the food took forever to get there. Half of my table had finished their meals and my wife and I still haven't been served so I told them to cancel my order. Never will go back.

This restaurant has changed dramatically... and unfortunately, not for the better. Ever since the new manager(owner son) took over, everything has gone downhill. The food quality is no longer the same, the prices have increased.... One of the things I always appreciated about this place was the staff, friendly, attentive people who had been there for years. Now almost the entire team is new, and the difference in service and atmosphere is impossible to ignore.... It is truly sad to see how a long-standing restaurant, has declined so quickly. Unfortunately, since the owner's son took over, the restaurant has lost many loyal customers and very good employees... The new owner simply does not know how to run a business. I have witnessed the way he speaks to employees, and it is extremely unprofessional. There is no leadership, no respect, and no clear direction. That lack of management shows in the service, the food, and the entire experience. When the previous owner( his father) was in charge, this restaurant was excellent, great quality, great service, and fair prices. Now, it's getting worse and worse. It's heartbreaking to watch a place with so much history decline because of poor management. I won't be returning, and I cannot recommend it as long as it continues to be run this way.

Did a call in order and they stayed 25 minutes, been in drive thru over an hour and still waiting.. Ridiculous.. Yall take on too much🤦♀️ Pretty upset bcuz cooking egg tacos don't take that long..

Okay.This is the second time I had to eat here.It is awesome. I drive thirty miles to eat here because the mexican food restaurants in our town are average. My wife had the the fajita chicken chimichanga and I had the burrito texano. The texano burrito has fajita meat, chorizo and ham and it is loaded and it is very very good. I added the fresh chopped jalapenos, which were not hot, as a matter of fact they have a great flavor. I highly recommend they give it a little bite, just enough. I will continue to come here to eat whenever I have a craving for real good mexican food. The waitstaff, when I come here is very friendly and cordial.They're very responsive and polite.

great place and great service. I usually order for pick up but it has a wonderful atmosphere. fast staff and friendly. I love the crispy Tacos 🌮 and the enchiladas plate. reat place to bring family and friends. his place deserves 10 stars ⭐ ✌🏿
Today was my first time at this restaurant and even though they served great salsa, chips and queso, the gorditas were not anything I was expecting, especially because they were expensive. I lived in Mexico and the gorditas I had there were made of corn and were soft and warm. What we got was two greasy, thick, hard mix of corn and flour tortillas I suppose. It reminded me of the gordas that my abuelita would make for our dogs. The beef fajita was very tasty, so I opened the gorditas and picked the meat to eat. The server was the worse part; she had an unprofessional attitude, like we were bothering her and it felt like some sort of prejudice. I did speak to her before we left to let her know that I didn't appreciate her behavior. She apologized and we left. I doubt I'll be going back again.

I assume they treat the locals better. This was my second time going to this restaurant and they messed my order up both times. They were pretty busy so I don't fault the staff. They were really hard working people.
