Ruchi's Mexican Grill

Stopped there for dinner last night, food was good as usual.
However the service was by far the worst we have ever had there. The server (wearing a red headband) appeared to not want to be there.
Couldn’t even get the right tea, should have been sweet, but was not. Walked by us once while we were eating, when we finished and waited quite some time for our check, she was nowhere to be seen.
Got up and went to pay at the register and explained to the cashier why we didn’t have our check. Response was, would you like a tea to go! They couldn’t get that right when we were eating.
Being the day after Christmas, still left over 20% tip. Server probably think she did well.
It will be a long time before going back.

Sad,,. Couldn't find just a cheese enchilada dinner.... Had to call to let them know that I just wanted cheese enchiladas I didn't want the chicken and the taco... Employees couldn't understand what I wanted it was horrible,.. finally got someone that could halfway understand what I wanted.,.. food was cold.... It was not cooked all the way tortillas had not been cooked at all cheese 🧀 was not melted it was hard for me to break into the inside the enchilada this was horrible.,. I will be calling Management in the morning because they're closed now...Every restaurant that you go to they give you chips and salsa to have while you're waiting,.. you even get chips and salsa when you have your food delivered or picked up no not this one you have to pay $5 in order to have chips and salsa with your meal how sad is that and that is the highlights of your meal.... This Is not acceptable I know that it was pretty late but they choose to serve till this time of night it was truly acceptable for someone not to prepare the meal properly at the property temperature and the proper way this can cause someone to get sick..,. I have went there before with my brother during happy hour drinks were great.,.. service was nice this is just the first bad experience that I've had with the food....,

Six of us are here and everyone enjoyed their food. Staff were very friendly and accommodating for 1 with did allergies. Food was fresh, drinks were kept full. The music was a little odd, but we had a great time!

the newest tall girl of dec. tenth 2025 gave me the best service with language barriers included was not just me and the way she conducted and idled the gentleman on soul will have me return again and again just to make eye contact and beautiful vibes.

only thankful how great this kitchen is. frozens are and the customer service remains.💯💜💪🏽🫡🐐🙏🏽 probably the most home oreinted ruchis of all the franchise

Greeters and the chips and salsa was the best thing about our visit. Food was COLD after waiting longer than normal. We frequent this location and the past 3 visits have gotten WORSE each time! In this economy businesses should make sure every dollar patrons CHOOSE to spend with them is worthwhile. Will NOT be back…EVER and I don’t advise anyone else.

We ordered to go, and the food was packed with such attention and care, the ground beef for the crispy taco was packed into a separate little container so it wouldn't get soggy. Evening was delicious, and priced very fairly. It's nice having a great restaurant open late in this area!

I visited Ruchi's this weekend and while the food and service was really nice, I noticed something concerning. The manager came by to check on our table and was really nice as first, but a few minutes later we saw her being rude to her servers in front of customers. I was sitting near the kitchen and overheard various offensive comments she was making towards them as well. It made the atmosphere deeply uncomfortable and I felt bad for the staff. I wanted to mention this because it reflects poorly on the restaurant environment and the hard working servers who were still polite and professional. I hope management sees this and acts accordingly. Rest of staff was very attentive though.

Andres was great!!

I say eat here at your own risk. The food was good but the bean were cold. I thought they had the best flatus I ever had But the next day I was severally sick from the food and was nauseous to my stomach when eating my leftovers. Needless to say I will never go back. Eat at your own risk

Fast service. Mexican beans are not handmade they are definitely from i can I definitely know the difference!!!
