I have been coming to Sandy’s for years, however the last few times have been a disappointment. I ordered 3 snow cones and ALL three were so messy. The girl making the snow cones didn’t even wipe down the side of the cups properly, she placed the tissues around the cup and gave me sticky sloppy work. On MY particular snow cone the way she wrapped the tissue it was touching the top of my snow cone and I ended up with tissue in my mouth because it stuck to the snow cone. I did not even finish it I was just so disappointed at that point. Same for my children they didn’t even want theirs after all messiness of it. I don’t believe a snow cone should be that sloppy to enjoy. The service has definitely gone down after the years. Gabbys is the place, wait time is longer but you will get a good clean experience of your snow cone versus sloppy work.
Root Beer Float was good 👍😊 my 3 year old granddaughter enjoyed it and her kiddie pink bubble gum snowcone 😁
Called at 6:00 PM to ask what time they were closing and was told they closed at 8:00. I drove all the way from Sealy and arrived around 6:40 PM to place an order for a snow cone and nachos with cheese. Once I got there, I was told they had already turned off all hot items because they were “closing at 7.”
If you are going to stop selling items earlier than your stated closing time, that should be communicated clearly over the phone. This was a complete waste of my time and unacceptable.
Instead I went to the store across the street that had exceptional service.
This place is amazing. Giant snow cones, with the good soft ice, and for very cheap. I just bought 7 snowcones, a sundae, and a banana split, all for $32.
Smooth shaved ice and the flavors are great.
I love this place.
Best snowcones in town
That old fashioned taste!! The nachos had real homemade chili and the snowcone took me back to the early 1950
Sandy's is a quick affordable place with friendly staff and my nieces love going here. They have a little something on the menu for everyone. We go here often and now summer time, I'm sure my nieces will have me here a lot. It's 8 of them, lol.
Wasn't busy at all when I went. Service was friendly and quick. I was able to sit for a while on the deck to enjoy my snow cone.

I’m done after yesterday they don’t put the flavor all the way in the bottom and when they do that the ice melts together and becomes hard not fluffy it ruins the snow cone all together. They are also not all on the same page. Sometimes it’s 2 free flavors then sometimes it’s 3 depending on the employee. Please train your employees on quality not quantity!
I ordered the Reece’s sundae and a large three flavor snow cone. The sundae looked nothing like the one advertised online and the taste wasn’t good. I added my own chocolate syrup when I got home to dress it up. The snow cone ice tasted like the bottom of a freezer. The water for the snow cone has to be from the faucet because it can’t be filtered. They didn’t add hardly any syrup to the snow cone. Nothing came out of the straw when tasting it.
Great pricing, bummed out they didn’t have chamoy. So cone was ok
