Came in the morning no glazed donuts was ready. The women said she couldn't understand my husband I told her i apologize he's not from here he's from Jamaica then I asked for refund she told me no.When I got my donut there was no icing. the Manager starting taking in Spanish about me. She was tired of me complaining. I just wanted some good donuts. If I'm paying for it I'm supposed to get what I pay for.

Came to this location this morning. Besides waiting 10 minutes for someone to wait on me, I was skipped in line. It took 10 minutes for one lady to help with a customer and not once did she say “I’ll be right with you” or anything along those lines. The girls came in and stepped over to the side. I walked in line and proceeded to wait. When it was my time, the second lady came from the back and told the 2 customers BEHIND me to come to the counter. I said I was next in line. The lady said “they were here first” I explained that we walked in at the same time, but they stood to the side of the front door talking and I got in line. They argued with me saying they weren’t going to take my order and I was skipping the line. The 2 ladies told the worker that they could take my order but the worker STILL refused to wait on me. I ended up walking out and they lost business for a company. The level of unprofessionalism is insane. Corporate should really know how this location treats their customers. I will not be going back to tho location.

I purchased 2 dozen yays among other items. Out of the 2 dozen I only received 4 and still charged me for the entire amount. Ridiculous

I come here when I can. I try to not come when it's before school hours or early, cause I know I will have to wait in long line. They also have so many options, that are so hard to pick form. Really, there kolaches and doughnuts never fell to be soft bites of heaven.
