I picked up an online order today (set for 8:30 am pickup) and an employee with blonde hair named Jenny approached to assist me. I informed her I was there to pick up a catering order and read off the items to her. She rolled her eyes at me and walked off mumbling under her breath to the cashier. I wasn’t sure what the issue was so I asked the cashier for clarification. It looks like the system didn’t properly catch my 8:30 am selection and changed it to 6 am pick up. They had to sell the coffee they had poured for my order early that morning. I let the cashier know I did select an 8:30 am pick up time and that there could have been a glitch. I did apologize to the cashier because I can understand the frustration on both ends. What was not ok was an employee rolling their eyes at me. If she doesn’t like dealing with customers then she shouldn’t have a job in customer service.

I really don't want to tell everyone how excellent this Shipley's location is because the lines will get longer, but I'd say this is the best donut shop in Ft Bend County. Kolaches? Delicious. Donuts? So yummy. They have the recipes down; never a disappointing bite here. The staff? Always friendly. I'm so glad they're in the neighborhood!

Shipley's is a Houston area institution that's well known and liked, BUT if they keep reducing the size and quality of their sausage kolaches they are going to lose us!
Why in the world would they change them at all?? They were great and then they started making them smaller.

EXTREMELY RUDE!! NEVER again!! I ordered A sausage cheese kolache and a cake CHOCOLATE donut NOT A HARD order! She gave me a receipt that said BOLD kolache and a regular cake donut and the cost was more. I called and she said she was out of the regular sausage and cheese kolaches so she gave me the Bold and they are more . Why didn't u tell me that the all u had were the Bold kolaches ? Well that's not True because she gave me was a regular one she just charged me $3.89 for a BOLD one . Nothing BOLD AT ALL it was a plain one and COLD Then she HUNG UP ON ME Are u kidding me! That's NOT how you CONDUCT BUSINESS! JUST 😔 SAD AND THE WRONG DONUT not chocolate! A PLAIN CAKE! I gave her $10 and I GOT $4 AND A SMIDGE OF CHANGE NEVER EVER AGAIN SAD ! this place hasn't been open that long and this is how they conduct business. I will go to Another Shipley's Never again will I give them Any $
