Mrs Liz was awesome! She made a custom carrot cake for my mom. She even brought the cake outside to our vehicle and wished my mom a Happy Birthday! We felt so loved and appreciated from this business!

Been wanting to try these for a while. I was super disappointed. I'm willing to bet that store bought mix tastes better than these cupcakes. I tried the red velvet. The cake part tastes like water, no sweet or velvet type taste whatsoever. The icing was not cream cheese, it didn't have a good taste either. Overall I'd never eat anything from there again. Very mid.

I wasn’t going to say anything but I have too! I’ve been here plenty of times now, and every time I go into this store I’m not greeted and it smells like they mop the floor with some strong chemical. It’s overwhelming the cupcakes are always dry and steal plus they taste like whatever’s on the floor. I’ve been compensated before only to go back and still have the same experience.I asked this last time do y’all bake these cupcakes fresh they say yes everyday, but every time I eat one they suck, and I’ve been to different locations it shouldn’t taste so bad!I think they keep the old cupcakes out until they sell. I’m so upset because I love small cakes but not this location.

I've been coming here for 2 years now. Today was my family's 1st disappointment with our cupcakes . They were overcooked & tasted burnt & dry. Icing had no taste.
We have always enjoyed the cupcakes from Smallcakes in Rosenberg. We decided to visit today to pick up a special treat after lunch. My husband and I picked our favorite cupcakes and came straight home to enjoy them. We were both so disappointed because the cake part was so dry, like it had been sitting out for several days and tasted stale. We are sad to have our treat spoiled.The girl who wait on us was helpful so we rated a 3 star for service but the cupcakes alone would have scored lower. If we go back we will definitely ask when they were actually baked.

My family and I wanted something sweet so we decided to order from Smallcakes . First off the staff was very pleasant I ordered through DoorDash so they called right away but right off the bat there already out of 3 of the flavors I ordered so after going over what they do have I just decided to go ahead and go forth with the order . When we received our cupcakes they didn't look like the pictures online they were nice enough but were missing items I mean the whole reason you order something is because of how it looks in the picture, then on top of that they were all dry out like they were not fresh , I had order a cake called " Choco oholic " or something like that and the cake was chocolate but the frosting I have no idea what it supposed to be and completely dried out . Over all I would suggest not wasting your money unfortunately they may look good to the eye but are dry and lack the taste the say they are .

The cupcake itself is very good, and I love that they have pupcakes in different sizes! I've been here a few times and have tried over a half dozen flavors- the cupcake is always fresh, moist, and light. I don't care for the buttercream at all, though. It always has a very artificial taste to it and it's pretty overwhelming. Like someone else mentioned, I usually scoop most of it off. I've never really been blown away by customer service, staff always says bare minimum.

One word --Molds. Icing in Red Velvet and Cookies and Cream cupcakes tasted "moldy" along with the ice cream. My digestive system is pretty tough against things like these including food poisoning, but this time, I got upset stomach and loose bowel movement. I didn't even want to come back for a refund. Horrible food and experience.
