This place does not fill the cups... you have to ask to actually get what you paid for.
Then when you call them out, they'll act surprised, like it wasn't done intentionally so the workers can drink on your dime.
Keep your generic reply. There are other reviews that say this exact thing from SEVEN MONTHS AGO. Seems like standard practice.

I was ordering at the Smoothie King location in Rosenberg, TX, and the associate who took my order, Marco, was so helpful with my order, plus suggested that I download the Smoothie King app so I would be able to accumulate rewards. My husband had just had dental surgery and needed to only eat a soft diet, so his choice was the peanut power chocolate in your 44oz size. I ordered my first smoothie there also. It was very filling and helped him to get through the evening without missing solid food. I appreciate Marco’s suggestion and immediately downloaded the app and was able to enter my receipt # and get a bunch of points. Thank you Smoothie King and thank you Marco ???
