The manager Marco is so rude and horrible to his employees. Yelling at them, threatening to fire them in front of customers for having good customer service, and treating them like garbage. It’s so sad to see and not to mention, demeaning to his team members! That’s not how you treat people who make sure your store earns money each day. Corporate needs to look into him and interview his employees individually about their experiences with him.

Bought a smoothie bowl that was a bit sweeter than normal and asked for a cup of water and was told no. Just flat out no. Then said you can buy a bottle of water. I didn’t know there were actually places that served food and beverages and did have water for customers.

Never go there. August 21 at 2 o'clock I was ready to pick up my order, the lady inside handed me the order, after 10 seconds she jumps on me and grabbed the order from hand,just I shocked,and my hand got a small scratch. I was so angry I decided to leave without my drink instead of punching each other. Disgusting.I will contact the head quarter and franchise to see what's going on

First of all the gave me a cup that was broken at the bottom, my whole smoothie fell on my seats now they are stained and i need a detail. Secondly I got there at 9:30 they told me they can only make 3 smoothies. Waste of $ and time. Couldn’t even drink the smoothie that I got because half of it wasted on my seat and cup holder while driving

The little Mexican lady that hardly speaks English needs an attitude adjustment! Didn’t get a hello or Thanku or even a bye! She gave me the stink eye and starring me down before I drove off.

I've been a regular at Smoothie King and have always appreciated the quality of their smoothies and the convenience of ordering ahead. However, during my recent visit, I was surprised to be charged for an extra small cup —a request that has been accommodated without charge in the past.
