The food is sub par. Every time we come there is a problem with the drink machine or ice machine. We always pay for the order online through the app and then there is nothing that can be done so they say. This time they say the drink machine exploded. I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes for food and non of the soft drinks we ordered. Then they left out onion rings we ordered and had to wait longer. Terrible service and unacceptable!

Not sure what's going on I only frequent Sonic for drinks and in the last four orders my drinks have been wrong. Sweet tea is always unsweet and the last order actually had an extra slush.

I was pleasantly surprised at my food today on my lunch break. Burger was wrapped perfectly. It was put together masterfully. Wasn't sloppy. No crazy mess of mayo or mustard squeezing out all over the place. No ridiculous amount of lettuce falling out. It was an excellent presentation and tasted really good. Onion rings were great. My Ocean water drink was on point as well. It was probably the best experience I've had at any sonic ever. Keep it up!

I watched this lady give my order to the wrong car …… she comes back out take the order back from them and tried to give it to me!!! And had the audacity to tell me they haven’t touched it!!! I will never come back to this horribly run store !!! I’m in disbelief with what just happened!

Ordered on the app drove 6 minutes and it was ready. Triple pickle smasher is amazing.
What a disappointing experience and meal. Ordered a sonic double smasher but got this instead. Tipped three dollars and still got rude treatment and never even went back to complain about wrong order. I’m sure they would screw up a cherry limeade if i ordered one

I've waited an hour for a melted slushie & I found out they don't sell ice at this location after waiting for 30 minutes.
It's not all bad, though! They messed up my order so bad they gave me more food than I knew what to do with. I'd 100% recommend this to my worst enemies.
