This is one of the saddest sonic I been to. It is so uninviting it needs a new coat of paint everywhere. Along with that the food is constantly bad. I don't know why I continue to give them my business. I place a mobile order today it said my food would be ready at 1:19 pm. I get there get parked in the mobile order parking and it takes the only car hop 15 minutes to get me my food. The whole time I waited I didn't see anyone else come out to bring anyone orders. The food was itself was cold and tasted okay. I will no longer be coming to this location.

Parking: Signage need to show people where mobile parking is now. I didn't even know they had that till I drove around.

If the owners see this then please give Eric praise.... he was an amazing car hop and even though I made a mistake he handled it with grace......Eric served with a smile and handled my error with ease and promptly... again.... he was awesome.

The employee at the windows stated they had gravy for all chicken tenders so I purchased and received my food. When picking up the food, she stated sonic no longer has gravy and discontinued. It appears that they do not train thier employees as they do not know the menu at all.

I got what I ordered, but it wasn't really hot. I went when there was nobody in the drive thru and only one other car was parked. It still took 15 minutes to get my mobile order sent to my car. Another car drove up, I'm assuming also placed a mobile order because I didn't hear them order anything at the speaker, and got their food before me. Just seems silly that when they are slow it still takes this long to get my food. And it's not really hot. I'd rather drive out of my way to the Needville location to get Sonic than to go to the Rosenberg location that's closer to me. The folks at the Needville location are much friendlier and faster than the Rosenberg location.

This comment pertains to the app, not to the location. The Sonic app is one of the most counterintuitive out there. The items for a combo are tallied on totally separate screens. I tried to add a corn dog and an extra drink to a simple order with a combo, and somehow I ended up with 2 combos in addition to those things. Being in a hurry on my lunch break, I didn't catch it until they brought me the food. I'm done using the app. I'll just go through the drive-thru going forward.

I ordered a grilled cheese and the picture shows you what I got. I called to tell the manager about it. Although she did offer to refund or replace sandwich, I told her I’m in needville and will not drive back for that. I simply called to inform manager of the issue so it can be fixed for future customers. She told me that other customers have called for the same thing and that’s just the way the toaster works because they don’t use oil. My home toaster can toast bread just fine without oil. I don’t understand.
