Starbucks never disappoints! The coffee is always fresh, the drinks are made consistently well, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The store is clean, cozy, and a great spot to relax or get some work done. I really appreciate the fast service even during busy hours. Definitely one of my favorite coffee spots

They don’t know how to follow instructions and simply layer a coffee so that the actually coffee sits at the bottom and the milk sits on top. No other Starbucks I have been to has struggled with this simple instruction. In fact no other star bucks has to be asked to do this. Allow they customers to mix their on coffee together unless instructed otherwise.

literally the worst Starbucks ever been coming here since a year it’s usually the guy with the black hair that works there has the worst attitude always gets our order wrong. I feel like he does it purposely I mean he’s literally just ruining everybody’s day by giving us terrible coffee and wrong orders, this guy should literally be fired he definitely does not like his job like please, sir just go find another job because you are starting off everyone’s day with terrible coffee and a terrible attitude It’s honestly not that hard to make a vanilla latte My latte literally has no flavor and I always ask for whipped cream and there is no whipped cream at all. It’s usually like I have boiled water milk with foam

Went thru the drive thru to ask for a cup of large ice and was gladly going to pay for it. Instead the people at the drive thru told me I had to buy a menu drink instead. I’m like wow can’t buy a simple cup of ice for my own tea. Guess I won’t ever give my business to Starbucks. To me a simple cup of ice is easy to understand especially when it’s hot outside. But oh well I guess it’s hard to meet customers expectations.

Always busy, employees are overwhelmed and the building was changed to drive through only, so not a cozy place to hang around. Just grab your fix and go. I grind and make my own coffee, thank you very much.

$4.19 for a medium regular coffee is ridiculous.. the snotty little fart behind the counter wasn't a great prize either..they have no equal..and they have to give you coffee creamer..used to be out by the spoons..stir sticks. Etc..Starbucks going downhill! This location has no seats at all..

When we were in drive thru ready to order, there was no respond on the order screen for 7 mins straight and then we just continued towards the window. When we tried to explain how it was not our fault because no one responded at all the person at the windows said that he was about to respond when we drove off so we have to do a round turn go back at the end of the line. We had to enter the store and order inside.
