When we were in drive thru ready to order, there was no respond on the order screen for 7 mins straight and then we just continued towards the window. When we tried to explain how it was not our fault because no one responded at all the person at the windows said that he was about to respond when we drove off so we have to do a round turn go back at the end of the line. We had to enter the store and order inside.

There is just nothing better than to consistently receive great customer service time and time again from a specific location. The staff here is amazing, but Patrick definitely deserves some recognition. His Kindness and smiling face always makes my day. I will continue to come to this location for my drinks and food. Everything was very good, the only thing I asked for was a venti and they gave it to me empty and then they charged me as a venti, what a shame because it shouldn't be like that.

This is the first time I've visited this particular starbucks, and was immediately greeted and treated well, which is a breath of fresh air on a Monday morning.
The establishment was very clean and had a relaxed feeling to it so you can enjoy while waiting for your drink to be made.

It’s been awhile since I have experienced great customer service. The people working in the front immediately noticed me waiting and checked on my order. And even admitted to me that it look a little longer due to the fact they wanted to make sure my drink was extra hot (the way I requested). Thank you guys for the accountability and wanting to have a standard of excellence.

I ordered a matcha latte and it tasted terrible. Never received a drink from Starbucks tasting this bad. Please make sure the quality of the drink are consistently. Im afraid to order again from here and it taste like water. Waste of money.
Inadequate seating has been eliminated. Therefore, no atmosphere. There are no more showcases of foods, drinks or snacks offered. When I asked how I was supposed to know what the selections were, I was told to check online. Not so friendly or enjoyable to visit.

Argenis (I hope I’m spelling it right) was great! We stopped in for 2 drinks and they didn’t not taste quite right, we spoke to him and he helped us out right away and remade them for us. He has by far the best customer service and made our experience 10x better! And our drinks were on point the taste this time around! Great work!
