Getting pretty sick of not getting what I’m paying for. I ordered a grande which is supposed to be 16oz. I just measured and I was given 8oz. This has happened multiple times and I’m done with Starbucks.

I ordered two Pike Place travelers through the app at 7:34 AM, with a pickup time of 7:50 AM. I arrived at 8:02, expecting my order to be ready as indicated. However, one traveler was only about one-third full, and I never received the cream that typically comes with the order.
I feel like I should have only been charged for one and a third travelers rather than two, considering it wasn’t completed properly. If someone had just acknowledged the delay and let me know they needed another 10 minutes to finish it correctly, I would have waited. Instead, the app told me my order was ready when it clearly wasn’t.
Better communication and accuracy would have made all the difference here.

Since when did Starbucks charge for an extra shot of any drink? They charge you now $1.25. Also don’t want to put a sleeve on your hot drink so you can burn yourself. This Starbucks is horrible and the drinks have gotten watery. Then they try to keep your change. Starbucks is going down.
A worker didn’t want to wash the blender to make my dish because it was “past the menu” but I have came here before like a few minutes before closing and they still made the same drink I was asking for and I didn’t go minutes before closing I went an hour before they closed.I just wanted my drink that’s it…

The remodel of this Starbucks removed ALL essence of a community coffee shop and all inside seating. Absolutely no place to sit except outside (& we're current under a heat advisory!). Music is so loud you can't hear what the staff is saying. Very disappointed with the remodel :-(
