Josh at Starbucks was awesome. Made drinks the correct way. He was efficient yet took the time to take care of each customer. The best frap ive ever had! He makes a wonderful strawberry shortcake frap too! I figured i would leave a review to let yall know what a great asset Josh is to your organization. He made buying coffee an experience!

I waited in the line while the worker on July 11th, 2024 took their sweet time making everyone’s order. Only to be told they could not take my payment. Very unsatisfied and time wasted!!

Good drinks, caramel ribbon crunch. The bathroom was closed even thought i watched someone go into there after being given the code. I asked why i couldn’t go in and they said “we are closing at 6”. It was 4 pm. Still not sure why some other women got to go in and i didn’t even though i ordered something.

Pulled up through drive thru to try this drink for the first time. The foam tasted like spoiled raw eggs which ruined the entire drink for me. What is outrages is that they charge 6+ dollar for this autrocious product.

I went on 1/09/24.20-25 before closing and the barista told me she couldn’t make a hot drink because they were closing in 20 mins and she was cleaning the espresso machine.She said she could only do frappes.

Placed an order online only to find the Kroger mall Brazos store on Monday 11/6 ,the store closed when I got there.Nothing was communicated,order showed ready for pick up on the app ,with no number to call to ask for help.I believe customer service has a lot to do with this

The new girl at Kroger in the morning makes the best Carmel Ribbon crunch. Sometimes I go to other locations and they hit and miss but she's on point.
The two guys there were very knowledgeable and helpful with my daughter. One made exactly what she was explaining and the other guy wrote was made so we both can remember what she had for future orders. Thanks to both
