Mia is a good barista. I recommend asking for Mia to make your drink. This is my first time visiting this Starbucks location. The location is empty at night on weekdays. I like that this location offers sit-down seating. The other Starbucks has eliminated seating in its interior after the remodeling. When I visited, I believed that Starbucks expedited its service. They didn't appreciate my business. They told me to hurry after drinking my honey lemon tea. This is the only Starbucks location in Rosenberg with sit-down seating. I observed that Starbuck's pricing has increased in recent months. If there is competition, I recommend an entrepreneur open another coffee shop in Rosenberg texas.

First of all my order took forever to be done. I had to go to the counter and ask for my coffee. My mozzarella sandwich was overcooked, so it was hard in the corners. Way too expensive, $6 for cold brew coffee. Too bad Tim Hortons doesn't have locations on this side of town, they have MUCH better prices and great cold coffee.

Originally I had ordered falafel pocket which they could not find, I was offered an alternative. They did find one eventually and gave me one on the house.

Very good friendly service !

Vegetarian options: Even though some so called vegetarian option contains egg (helllo, egg is not vegetarian) the person offered me to take away the egg.

This is the Best starbucks i've been to!
It's exactly what I thought starbucks would be like, the people are extremely nice, and the drinks are always made spectacularly!
Everytime I want to try something new they don't make me feel bad for taking a bit longer to choose even though they are crazy busy! 😊

The staff works really hard and they all deserve some high fives and confetti!

While the staff at the Rosenberg, Texas Starbucks location is courteous and friendly, the service turnaround time is by far the slowest I have ever experienced in Houston and the surrounding small cities. It’s incredibly frustrating that they are often sold out of many popular items, and the delays are even worse when ordering through the app. Even if you place your order ahead of time and arrive 10–15 minutes later, your order will likely still not be ready.

It’s clear that the issue lies at a higher management level. Whether it’s due to poor staffing, inadequate training, or insufficient ordering of supplies, something needs serious improvement. While the employees try their best and are kind, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. This location needs better support and oversight from management to operate efficiently.
