Order online which I never do and I see why I order snd left a tip for a foot long and received a 6 inch… they made the rest of my sand who but had I not looked I would’ve been screwed and they didn’t even apologize for the mistake smh!!! Just horrible customer service!!!! I paid for extra meat and I’m pretty sure one of them didn’t get it smfh never coming back!!!

My son ordered on line last night. He was in Rosenberg. I was in Katy . Told him to call and tell them i would be there at 10:05 pm . Got there at 10:06 pm and the employees told me they couldn’t get the sandwich. Why they didnt put the sandwich outside in a plastic bag hanging on the door is beyond me.

I got more meat and cheese than veggies. The girl put like three tiny pieces of each veggie (not exaggerating art all, the sandwich was almost flat like iit didn’t have any on it. on the sandwich. I try not to be a Richard so I didnt complain and took my sandwich. The girl at the counter said three words to me the whole time she never my sandwich. And I paid 12 bucks for a sandwich meal and the it was mainly meat and cheese; I won’t go back there.

One thing I won’t and will not tolerate is disrespect simple. I came in to buy a sub and a drink . But I have my own cup. She didn’t say hello nor greet me okay whatever , So as she’s making my sandwich she questions me ,” you’re going to pay for that right.”that’s equivalent as making me pay before ordering ….If I had no intentions on paying why would I do it in the first place. So she decides to charge me for a large drink which wasn’t that at all and I asked why and she said bc I got there drink products so I automatically dump the drink and say okay bc that’s outrageous . I didn’t mind paying for the drink but let’s be real , you’re charging of the cup size .Then she proceeds to talk to me as if I’m her kid . I automatically tell her that she can keep the sandwich . Do better subway . Bc she would’ve got slapped, this is why I prefer Jersey Mike’s 🤷🏽‍♀️. Then they treated me like a mad black women as if I was causing a scene . I can’t wait till the cameras show how poor there employees are

There was a new employee who really didn’t know the menu quite yet and when she asked her coworkers for help, they told her to just make the sandwich. She clearly needed help because she was very confused about how to make the sandwich. Her coworker finally came to assist her, after the line grew to the door, but she really was no help. She started making my first sandwich, without toasting it, didn’t ask, then offered to toast it with the veggies on it. SMH. Meanwhile, the other coworker is still struggling with trying to figure out which meat goes on my sandwich. There was no confidence that my food would turn out right and I refuse to waste my money, so I just had to walk out of the establishment. I won’t be returning.

Chicken was bad had a nasty taste that we had to throw sandwiches away ,Kept on calling them to speak to a manager and Noone answer .

We ordered through door dash at work for lunch and definitely disappointed in what we received. 2 out of 3 sandwiches were made incorrectly. My sandwich here as pictured below was supposed to be a footlong and I received a 6 inch, the same thing for the 2nd sandwich that was wrong. Both sandwiches were either missing something or had something that we did not order. Never had a problem with this location when ordering until recently, and the last time it happened I just brushed it off. Maybe they are understaffed, I’m not sure, but I hope they get the help they need.
