Ordered online I got here as she was finishing. Checked my sandwich when I got in the car and it was dry. I like wet sandwiches and I made sure to add enough sauces to avoid my sandwich being dry and I didn’t even see all of my sauces on there. Okay cool I’ll just ask for it on the side.

I went back in to ask for sauce on the side and the Hispanic female who made my sandwich began saying something to her coworker and would glance back up at me because obviously you know I’m watching you say something about me. I didn’t even ask for the rest of the sauces I wanted because I’m not fond of being rude to people. So I took what I got and just left. Won’t return if I’m ordering online. I’ll take my time, patience, and money elsewhere. Also didn’t look like I got the additional meat I paid for. Do better or find a job that you’d actually enjoy having.

I went during my lunch time today and it looked like the manager was yelling at their employees. It made me and everyone in the line very uncomfortable. That was super unprofessional and very disrespectful thing to do while they were trying their best to help us.

With only 2 employees and a line of more than 10 people, Jamilet did the work of 2 people by herself. She is extremely fast, accurate, and respectful. Recommend her for management with a raise. GREAT WORK JAMILET!

There is one with glasses that is very disgusting if I could put her photo I would do it 😅 I don't understand what she does working serving people, they close before nine and whenever they prepare your food they do it with disgust, I WAS EATING AND THEY LITERALLY TOOK ME OUT BECAUSE IT TOOK 7 MINUTES TO CLOSE...

I walked in stood in front of the prep station as I was the only customer in the store at this time, there were three hispanic female employees two were preparing a pickup order none of them acknowledged me when I entered the store nor for the entire 4 and a half minutes I stood there waiting. A Hispanic gentlemen walked in and was IMMEDIATELY greeted and then asked if he was there to pick up an order, he answered no and they immediately began taking his order. No one ever acknowledged me as I watched so I walked out. I will.NEVER give them my patronage again. I had been there in the past and I wasn't thrilled with their service but THIS has never happened but this is the worst customer service I have ever seen.
