I went to subway this past weekend, ordered the tuna fish sandwich. I got food poisoning I was sick for 2 days still recovering. I called the store to speak with a manager was told no manager was on shift and the person who answered the phone refused to give me the managers name. STAY AWAY from Subway!!! Poor customer service and food is poison!!!

My mom got food poisoning from the Tuna that has been sitting out for who knows how long. When you ask for something fresh in this location they just stare at you as if you are dumb.

I hardly ever write reviews, but this one definitely deserves one. Every time we go to subway I never get a receipt but today something told me to get it. After we sat down I decided to look at my receipt and I was surprised. I was charged for a "kids pack", it wasn't much, it was only $1.89 (I did order a kids meal for our daughter and that was $5.19). I asked my husband if he's ever seen that before and he hasn't either. He went to ask the worker about it, who was working tonight 03/10/24 who had blond hair (I didn't get her name), and her response was "I don't know what that is, my manager told me to put that charge on for everyone who orders a kids meal". Excuse me?! Then she came up to my husband and said "this is what the $1.89 was for" she then shows my husband a paper toy. A Paper Toy!!! We paid an extra $2 for a paper toy that can be destroyed in a minute. It's ridiculous. For all the families who orders a kids meal from Subway, ALWAYS ask for the receipt to make sure they didn't scam you for more money. Times are tough right now, so I wanted to make sure everyone is aware of this scam subway is doing. ALSO the worker I had mentioned in this review was also breathing all over the food as well.Another thing I forgot to mention, she did give me a refund but they way she did it was EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS! She gave me lose change (the change that customer's wouldn't want) and she went to the back to get the rest of the change out of the other coworkers wallets. My husband even asked her to just refund it back to the card and she denied it saying "I can't do that because my manager would ask questions about it, like why did you refund money?" I have never been to a place that doesn't refund the money from their actual registers. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SUBWAY TO ANYONE

I got a Spicy Italian Sub from there, and one of the workers added extra everything free of charge. When I left the place the cashier told me to have a great day. One of the best Subways i've ever been to.

Staff extremely rude! Got here at 8:50 pm. Staff had the door locked with the open sign on. My elderly mother walked to the door and they refused to unlock it and serve us. 1st and last time here.
