I just came here, I live far away, whoever was at the drive thru was so unbelievably rude, I get home and I’m missing an item that I paid for, so someone needs to contact me thanks

My chips were stale, and the bean were sour on the nacho bell grande I ordered. Spoke with manager and the manager makes an excuse that he was not there. But did offer me to come back when ready and get an something on them. I should not have to get home and taste that my food was stale..From all the complaints they are getting on here. There need to be a new team who is responsible to check all items used before making. Make sure it's fresh and check expiration date. Your customers are your first priority to keep you business a flow.
Yo, this Taco Bell is off the chain. FULL burritos, FULL drinks, half ice, BEST and super fast. I did a mobile order for the woman I work for, (she wanted an online excluded through the app) and it's ready when I drive through the line.
Did I mention I used the app in their parking lot! Yeah, that's fast..

They have very bad service today I was waiting for about 15 minutes for them to serve me just for them to give me my Dordash order

Rice was undercooked. They never changed their gloves when cleaning counters and handing food. People looked at us over and over then finally told someone to help us. Employees looked high. Also got our order wrong.

Very great customer service! My order came slightly wrong and the manager Victor was very polite and kind due to order being wrong not inly did he correct it but gave very satisfying feed back to us on replacing the order Thank You Victor!!!!

Absolutely unacceptable! Every time I come here I am missing food from my order, my food is cold, or the staff are rude. I ordered nacho fries, a buritto, a taco, and a soda. My fries were OLD and soggy, they failed to put my taco in the bag and my soda was SO sweet like they put extra syrup in it. And it seems like they are just making the food the way they want and not how they are supposed to. I opened my food and it is literally spilling onions out. I will not be back here.

I swear they manage to get something wrong here almost every time. Check your stuff before you drive off, because they don’t answer the phone here.
It’s especially frustrating because we are vegan and have limited options around here. We’ve had many experiences of our custom app orders - which often include upgrades we are paying extra for - being wrong.
We will be driving to the location over by Rudy’s or the one on 1st St. Not gonna waste our time any longer. Judging by the ratio of 1-star reviews, management hasn’t cared for a while.
One user had meat put in her food which she did not request, and it made her sick. My Mexican pizza, which I ordered without cheese, was covered with cheese and sour cream. It went in the trash and I was only able to get assistance through corporate, because they can’t figure out how to answer a telephone at this location.

Where do I begin, went threw drive thru due to after hours, 10pm sat in a short line of 3 cars, but apparently there doing one car at a time so by the time I got to the speaker it was already 10:28 so poor service on that due to numerous vehicles showed up behind me, order the "New cantina" tacos #11to try them out, a guy took my pay then sat at the window waiting for 5 mins before a rude young lady came and said to pull up to the front door for my order which is OK until I pulled forward and around the corner two other vehicles were also waiting that weren't in line when I pulled up, but assumed they were also waiting for there food, waited almost 30 mins till the guy walks out and starts handing out orders, finally mine came I checked my order everything was accounted for I left drove 15 mins home and to my surprise one taco had one piece of chicken in it, which was very disappointing...understandable that take out food is a luxury, but come on taco bell that taco is very disappointing, if I could post the picture of the taco I definitely would

Ordered 6 things ($21.69) but was only given 4. Went at midnight and drove home (15mins away). Got home and realized I’m missing my 2 chicken enchilada burritos. Called but no one answered. Decided to drive back to resolve the situation but no one was answering the box or the window. It was still 12:35pm. Website says they close at 10pm on Sundays but on their window signs and prior visits, it says 1am. To anyone reading this, I highly suggest checking your order/bag before leaving.
