remember to always check your food before you drive off , it's fast food , they do not care and I didn't even receive any apologies from the manager after I came back and asked for new one !

I came July 3, 2025 at 10:57pm and had to endure this tall light skinned male with either braids or locks at the window. My receipt says the cashier’s name was Wyatt H. He was rude, and handed me my food very forcefully and closed the window and walked off. I had to sit and wait for him to return because I wanted some sauce for my tacos… who would figure a person actually wants sauce. This young dude was rude again and shoved a bunch of sauce packets in my hand. Luckily for him I was tired and hungry or else I would have made his night hell. I can assure Taco Bell the next time I will not be so civilized with young Wyatt.

Today me and my girlfriend came through the drive through around 6:45, I order the new nuggets because last few times they have been great other than this time and it seems the food here becomes poorly handled after 5 pm and I can clearly tell it’s different and now new workers working that seem to be teens. A worker stated they only had 5 nuggets I said okay and recieved some redone looking nuggets and cold nacho fries, overall this location is getting worse and worse highly don’t recommend coming and wasting money and don’t try to call either the phones always seem to be busy past 5 pm as well. This is unacceptable and poorly managed i asked for a ranch that comes with my order didn’t get it after apparently many things are out of stock so both management team and kitchen team need to be retrained to handle food and deal with customers. The building has smelt like weed a few times coming from the drive thru window and employees talk extremely loud to the point I can hear them over my radio inside my truck. Again unacceptable

These WORST Taco Bell. The people working the drive thru would rather talk to their buddies inside than even acknowledge you at the window. They ALWAYS get something wrong or something is missing in the bag when I get home. Not to mention they are constantly out of stock of items. Done. I’ll drive another couple of miles down to another location because service is horrible.

Really frustrated with this Taco Bell! Placed an order today in the drive through and get home (which is 45 mins away) and see that they have forgotten HALF of our order! Don't have the time or gas to drive another 45 mins. I've called them 16 times since I've been home and the phone rings amd rings, no answer ever!! I just want my money back!!
