Very great customer service! My order came slightly wrong and the manager Victor was very polite and kind due to order being wrong not inly did he correct it but gave very satisfying feed back to us on replacing the order Thank You Victor!!!!
Jose G. was the young man at the register yesterday evening. Honestly speaking…he was the only pleasant part of the whole experience.Evidently the kitchen staff/crew members do not understand the importance of customer service and making the orders according to when they were ordered. I was literally waiting for my order for almost an hour. This is unacceptable. I also observed how others were treated and disrespected by the kitchen staff when inquiring about their orders....
