Our pull pork sandwich is made from tender pork shoulder, smoked, and then roasted for over 12 hours. Shredded and sauced when ordered and topped with our zesty crunchy coleslaw ( Mild or Spicy) on a toasted pillow bun. Cheese, onions, and pickles are added upon request

Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
Cajun-style chicken and sausage gumbo made with our in-house chocolate roux and the essential "holy trinity" of Cajun and Creole cooking: onions, bell peppers, and celery. Served with rice topped with green onions.

My boss ordered for us and got boudin egg rolls, chicken strips, and burgers. Omg everything was so good. Well seasoned. The sauces idk what they were but the spicy one was amazing.

The times we’ve been the food has been good, but they burnt our pizza of the first time, and our gumbo was cold. Next time we went, it was much better but both times we’ve been the HVAC has been out or lacking and it’s been hot. We did meet the owner and he’s a very nice guy who is trying his best to do what they can. The rest of the food we tried has been very good. Tables have been dirty every time we visited however, and that is a pet peeve of mine. We keep trying it...
