Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Honestly I’ve tried a lot of tropical smoothie locations and this is my favorite one so far. They make sure everything is blended and the taste is always on point!

Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten allergy and their smoothies are labeled for you on the app. If you go in, ask for a gluten free menu if you want to eat.

Parking: There is always a place to park. But I do wish the drive thru was faster.

This place has a smoothie that I am obsessed with: the Chia Banana Boost! The service here is always so fast and friendly. The food is always good. I love this place and i don’t usually even like smoothies!

Laquishw S. Was very rude while ordering and the two large smoothies tasted like water. All of our experiences prior have been 10/10 but this was the complete opposite.

Let me start by saying most locations are excellent but this location is so cheap with the serving size. Thier smoothie bowl is Literally half the portion size of other locations!

I am officially done getting anything from any tropical smoothie café. They dont care about their customers. I am very sensitive to turbinado, and this is the second time im sick because they put it in regardless of me begging them not to. 120 grams of sugar is absolutely insane. Completely done with this chain.

I ordered food online, but when I picked it up they told me it had been taken by someone else, but the drinks were still in their store. They didn't do anything and just said I didn't know, I didn't know. It's so bad!

Don’t feel safe ordering here. They have no allergy procedure in place and have admitted to serving guests the incorrect smoothie after being notified of an allergy! DO BETTER!

So scary!

They labeled our smoothies incorrectly & my daughter who has a severe peanut allergy had an anaphylactic emergency. The mgr Fena took responsibility for the mistake, the employee Jalyssa poured the wrong smoothie in the cups that were already labeled & did not double check. The owner Andy called us back immediately & seemed to care but said he’d remake our drinks & that it’s not the 1st time it’s happened to someone….terrifying to know this. This seems incredibly irresponsible & unsafe. We repeatedly tried to contact the restaurant since with no answer or response. We also submitted a complaint to their corporate (twice) & all of the info was given with the expectation of a return call or email to us but no response yet. Sadly it seems this location (Rosenberg), the owner & the company DO NOT care about their customers. We are so grateful our 24 yr old daughter is alive but for 20 mins on May 9, 2024 we did not know if she would be ok. We are traumatized & so hurt by their lack of care. An apology would have been all we expected then but now with an $7,500 hospital bill this feels extremely unfair due to it being their negligence!!! My daughter told them of her allergy & the employee said yes it’s correct (her smoothie label was correct) & when she took a sip & immediately knew & asked again the employee said oh no, it’s the wrong drink!!!

Fena, at the front, is super helpful, knowledgeable, and very attentive. She cheerfully greeted me upon walk in and the restaurant was very clean ?
