Try to charge full price for a small cup of water with meal. Most restaurants will provide you with a small cup of water with your purchase. Never gonna eat at this place again

We had a terrible experience today. We went through the drive-thru, and the guy taking our order was super rude. He got annoyed and loosing his temper when we asked him to repeat it, so we just canceled the whole thing.
Was excited about getting the new Wensdays movie meal and went to the drive thru on Wed evening Aug 9th and lady didn't seem to know what she was doing. Tried to order 2 of the Wensday special and tried to give us the reg 10 piece meal. Then we ordered just a 4 piece nugget and she then asked if we wanted to upgrade the meals to a med. Told her to upgrade then she tells us that we couldnt upgrade. So we ordered a med. Fri and med drink since they said that the drink was not included in the special. Had to keep repeating myself multiple times then as I was trying to tell them the whole order to verify they told us to pull up. When I pulled up the manager was at the window and we still had issues with getting sauces. They didn't ring them up correctly. They gave us 6 ss and no mystery like we had requested. When we finally got our food and stated to leave we realized that they didn't even give us our drink or vanilla cherry frosty so my daughter had to go into the resturant to get them and when she got to the counter the manager looked at her and then turned her back on her when she had asked for our drinks. When they finally gave us our drink and frostys they gave us choco instead of the vanilla and no collectable spoons to eat them with. While she was in there she also saw a German roach walking across the floor. This is not the first time we have had issues at this 59/ Rosenberg Location was very dissapointed and Idon't plan on going back anytime soon.

I use mobile ordering so I’m literally looking at my phone and showing them my order but they say it was canceled so I know they canceled on their end just to make the line go faster. I understand they need to get people out but I also don’t have the time to waste for you to tell me to come inside just to say the same thing. My app literally said right location money gone and everything. Didn’t even try to help me. Like at the very least they could have replaced my order and I could have just paid again but nope they told me it’s cancelled bye. Just ridiculous! I know any other place would have either let me pay again or just given me the food. You may have a line but I also have time restrictions. Probably wouldn’t even of wrote this review if I didnt feel like I was just being pushed out with no help at all!

This place has the worse customer service. All the employees don’t greet you or appreciate your business. Honestly felt like I was judged because I was Hispanic. It was hot as hell in there and there were flies. I hope the store manager gets written up because they’re doing a horrible job. Drove 25 miles away just to waste my gas. Won’t give my business to place ever again.

I don't want to be too harsh, but it was too hot in the restaurant. Our baconators were great, just not comfortable eating in the place.

It takes a lot for me to be disappointed out eating, but this was bad.
Got served warm fries. The others frys in the fry bin were put back in fryer to heat up. When I asked about that, they made new frys. Cool. But when the frys were ready, they were not brought out to me,I had to go back to ask for my frys, and staff just said at least the frys were remade.....Pathetic Hospitality

There is a manager, with black straight hair, seeming to be of some Spanish or Indian descent that needs to be trained! Everytime he takes my order there is something wrong.
I just received an egg biscuits. When the request was a sausage and egg biscuit! I not only wasted time but also money picking up food from here. Something needs to be done about him
