I KNEW I should have checked the order to make sure it was right, but how hard could it be not to add cheese to my order? Low and behold I get cheese on my order that I repeated 3 times, NO CHEESE. Service is terrible at this location and very disappointing.

Every time I come here they always take over 10 minutes to prepare the food this is the slowest fast food place I ever been to. Either they need more staff or maybe staff doesn't want to work fast idk.

We spent about $40 just to get the food home and all 3 orders had really salty fries. We had to throw them away. Tried calling store and getting no answer just a picked up phone and no response. Bad for business

I placed my order @ 10:07 pm and arrived at the burger king @ 10:15 pm I didn't not receive my order until 10:52. The whole time Im standing there waiting ( Mind I was the only customer inside the store standing at the counter the whole time) I'm seeing drive thru orders at least 8 orders go by and food received, all the while the workers in the kitchen are busy closing down there stations. No one is at all asking me for my order just ignoring me. As I'm watching them I see one of the employees grab a cardboard box from the lower ground shelf next to a bucket of sanitizer (very close the the ground) then placed the box over there fry area and then proceeded to put the onions rings and fry on top of the cardboard box. Whole I'm thinking they are going to throw it away. They then proceeded to take the Fry's and onion rings and start putting it in people's orders and start cleaning that station! Also giving me the onion rings that are stale and cold the burger was cold and I asked for a employee to put it in the microwave. He gave me a look like he was very rude and didn't even apologize for the 30+ minutes wait. The whole experience was mind boggling and a completely disgusted and disappointed. Nothing about my order was fresh or hot. I'm very upset and afraid of getting sick if I eat it. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO BURGER KING AGAIN. I'VE BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER TO THIS LOCATION FOR YEARS. NEVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK.
Do not come here during the morning. The service is fine but the food is terribly prepared and it looked like a second grader made my burrito. They didnât even try. There is always some foreign food item in my bag of fries or hashbrowns as well, which puts me off the entire meal and makes me question the sanitation of their work areas. I retract my prior statement, itâs better not to come here at all.

Unbelievably rude staff. Gave me dirty looks and threw my food on the counter instead of just handing it to me. I pay 14 dollars for a meal and have to deal with that just because I dared to order food from this establishment. Never again.
