“I placed a call in order for pick up. Kevin was incredibly patient. He answered all of my questions and assisted me as needed. When I arrived for pick up, Kevin greeted me at the front and opened the box to ensure my order was correct. He checked for my desire to have additional condiments. I appreciate his excellent customer service!“

“I order here pretty regularly. Thanks to the pizza tracker, I never have to wait long to pick up. And I’m a simple girl, I don’t like too many toppings on my pizza. I don’t like a dry pie so I’ve learned that if I get hand tossed, I prefer extra sauce. If I order New York style, extra sauce is not necessary. The food is fast and the prices are great.
Vegetarian options: You customize your order, so if you only want veggies, order just that!
Parking: There used to be plenty of parking, it’s located in a little plaza with plenty of space.
Kid-friendliness: Their whole menu is kid friendly. Kids love pizza!“

“The cashier who served me, Mayela, was very kind and made sure I knew of deals taking place. I expected my order to take a long time (I ordered an 8-piece) since it was rush hour, yet all the employees were very efficient and I got my food very quickly! Will come back again!“

“Ordered curbside. Arrived a few minutes early and food was ready. Good quality control on the items everything tasted good. This location was not nearly as busy as the one we normally go in Pearland by the shopping center. Parking lot leaves something to be desired would be my only complaint.“

“Today is my first day coming to this location, it’s late —— everyone is probably tired, coming from school and just want to go home from this crazy bi-polar houston weather .
I didn’t think about any of that when I encountered James at the drive thru.
I could see that he’d already taken so many orders ahead of me, however he was energetic, kind, patient, attentive and prompt.
He’s a good reason to visit this Pizza Hut. I literally do not even know how my food is going to come out, but his customer service made me stop what I was doing to leave this review.
