This location for probably the past year has been horrible. Today was the straw for me. Salad was frozen then thawed. I told the guy who answered the phone and he said ok what do you want us to do about it all of the salads are like that. Went in for a refund they said we will make a note on the account so you will have credit. HECK NO.... I finally got a refund after 10 minutes of them trying to figure out how to print a recent. Never again...

Perfect Execution on all three pizzas today. The extra sauce was added too all pizzas, just as i ordered. The toppings were evenly distributed and they did not skimp on the cheese either. Big Texas Yum!

Horrible service today. The lady the front hasn’t been trained on how to talk to customers. After three attempts to check on the status of my completed pizza (on the app) she was dismissive. Finally after my fourth attempt 30minutes after my pizza was supposed to be completed, she responds with “we’re starting to make your pizza”. Not once did she apologies for the delay or actually take initiative to see that the pizza is in the process of being made. I recognize this week is busy with the online promo but that doesn’t excuse their behavior or lack of accountability. Just go to Papa John’s one block away for SERVICE.

Went there to pick up a online order that said was done in my app, when I got there I told them my name and they told me it wasn't ready even though I could see my pizza on thier counter, I told this again to the person that was attending me (big guy in gray shirt) and he went to grab other customers order in front of me, I had to ask another lady for my order and I finally got it after waiting 10 more minutes than I had to

I ordered 8 pc wings, garlic bites and a lemonade. It came ultra fast but the only thing that was good was the lemonade. The wings undercooked and under seasoned, garlic bites were greasy and it cost me close to 30$ with tip. This food is bad. Should have known better when chicken came in 30 minutes. DONT EAT.

While the pizza was good when I finally got it the customer service prior was not, my pizza showed delivered so I called the store to tell them I had not received it, the girl that answered was rude telling me it had been delivered and in the middle of me trying to find out if they had the correct address she hung up on me. I called back 3 times and was just hung up on, this is unsatisfactory. I was not rude to her I was just trying to find out where my pizza was, some minutes later I get a phone call from the delivery driver which was nice she said they made a mistake but didn't say what. I'm on disability and can't afford delivery often but I was having a medical test ran and couldn't leave home. I will not be ordering from here again
