I swear to GAHHHT, these pineapple pizzas are SCRUMPTIOUS MULUMPRIOUS OUI OUI. I like to put gummy bears and pineapple on my pizzas ;)

This is my last order for the Rosharon location. We stopped ordering for a little minute because when we received a wrong order, we called and to let them know, they wouldn't refund us, they sent us the same WRONG order... we were like forget it. The time before this one (a few weeks ago) I ordered a beef thin and a beef hand toss. They both tasted like pork. We don't eat pork and we can definitely tell the difference. We let it go and gave it away. Well today I ordered the same and on the hand toss they put pepperoni. If I didn't know any better Id say they were doing this purposely. We don't want a replacement because at this point we definitely don't trust them and the one time we asked for our money back they wouldn't give it to us. My fault for even giving them second and third chances. This is one of the main reasons we were cooking more at home ... you can't trust these restaurants ... NONE of them. BE CAREFUL!Update: Called the store and informed them of this and again no partial refund but last time they said no refund at all but okay. They offed me a credit for this store location. Uhh uhh nope NOT coming back.

Placed an order on 05/19/2023 for carry out. Went in store picked up and half way back home at stop signal just opened the pizza box and found got a wrong order. Went back to store and told them got a wrong order, they simply tossed the pizza in bin and said wait for 10-15 mins we are making a new one. Waited for 15mins watching other people beautiful faces. After 15 mins got the pizza this time topping were correct but I always order pizza well done when I asked why pizza is not well done store ppl said they have too many order and cannot make it well done. Am I getting a free pizza or what I am paying for it and it has to come as per my request not per store request.Common why do you have option of well done when you cannot make one.Asked for refund and left the store.Order Number 1433Online Order

I ordered, a chicken and spinach with Alfredo sauce pizza, I'm allergic to the other ingredients, they gave me a pizza and added bell peppers, I'm allergic to them I called up spoke with Frank, he said they can remake the pizza and I would have to go pick it up I told him no I need to go get some benedryl fast and take it, he didn't seem to care, he said they are not responsible for anything other than replacement of the pizza, oh and would give me a free dessert, I asked to speak to someone above him he said no one else would want to speak to me,,

This Dominoes has been delivering to my address in Meridiana for 5+ years. Because of the new subdivision the address was never updated so I would place the order online using my old address and then call Dominoes to deliver it to the address in the notes...never been a problem and I order at least 3-4 month. I ordered today and called the store spoke and spoke to Frank, the manager, and he didn't seem to want to help and told me that the order would not be delivered because it's out of the delivery area. I tried to explain to him that I've been getting deliveries for years, and he just didn't seem to care. I asked him if he could see my profile and see all my previous orders and he said "yes, but I don't know why they have been doing that but we are not delivering to that address so you can come to pick up the order if you like." So unprofessional and unwilling to help. I see Dominoes delivery car in the subdivision just yesterday. I canceled my order and just went for Pizza hut.

Delivery has taken FOREVER on several occasions, but it has been super QUICK and delicious when ordering for carry out. You definitely want to go pick it up yourself.

Order that was placed feb 27 was incorrect. I called the store to report on March 1st assistant manager Travis stated there was nothing he could do and I should have called the same day. The pizza took two hours to arrive and was the wrong order. Travis was extremely rude and stayed I could complain online if I wasn’t happy
