If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Aaliyah and Areli at El Rincón Paleteria y Neveria made our visit unforgettable. Their friendly smiles and genuine recommendations turned a simple dessert run into a real experience.
I tried the concha with ice cream—absolute perfection! The concha was fresh, soft, and slightly warm, which made the ice cream melt just enough into every sweet, bready bite. You can tell everything is made with care.
These two truly go above and beyond with their customer service. They're the kind of employees that make you want to come back again and again. Already planning my next visit!

Got here at 8:58pm. I was at the door and was told she was closed as she was locking the door. I pointed that I just wanted paletas and still got turned away. Come on I got in my car it was 8:59pm

The ice in the raspa was not ground well, and the raspa had no flavor. The smoothie was very sweet, it's the first time I've bought there, and I don't think I'll go back.
