I really don't like this new system where you have to ask for refills and napkins from the staff instead of self-serve. Employees are just in the back and it's really difficult to ask them for anything as they don't even swing by. I really hope they open another fast food place nearby so I don't have to ever come back to this disthopian restaurant.

Don’t ever do curbside here. You will wait 4 times as long as the drive through. Knowing better for the third time I did it today, and the result is still the same. I ordered my food 30 minutes before getting here. Pulled up and waited 25 minutes as I watch the line circle over and over again.

I'm a doordasher After lobby is closed the late night pickups supposed to be open We had to park a cars to find out the door was locked and then get back in the drive-thru line which took 10 more minutes in the order was already completed we are not secondhand customers we are first-hand customers in order should be ready when we arrive Reporting to doordash
