I ordered delivery and my house is on a private road and can be tricky to find at times. I want to thank Kabeer for being patient and so kind about it!! He said sorry so many times but you did amazing sir, thank you for your kindness and delivering my food at the exact time even with the difficulty of locating it. I know you were really trying when you called me, I wish I can tip you more but the least I can do is show my thanks on a review. Wonderful delivery driver and my food is perfection!

Pizza was stale and cold. Alex the manager started laughing the 2nd time I called back and said donât worry about sending out another pizza because I didnât trust it which let me know they were going to tamper with my pizza glad I followed my gut feeling and my family also were listening in when I made that call so yeah we all understand that laugh. Itâs a shame that we canât trust these businesses now a days

I see other reviews and I just want to say mine is based on using the actual papa Johnâs app which may be easier for the establishment to manage vs. calling and trying to fit in manual orders. I ordered two mediums for my family and they were so good at the 1st bite that everyone said, âleave them a review momâ⊠so here it is. This is not the first, 3rd or even 5th time that this location has made Papa Johnâs the way I remember it as a kid and now my kids love it too. The team was focused, polite and PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I have to highlight that bc they are trying to provide quality against time constraints. Anyhow- I know every order isnât perfect⊠but in comparison to other local franchises that Iâve gone to âon the way homeâ - this one always makes me regret not picking up from Rosharon/hwy 6. Keep it up and stay professional. With this ethic you guys just may open your own restaurant some day đ but thatâs just my 2 centsâŠ

I called the store before placing an order, and the representative said the delivery time was 40 minutes. After an hour waiting, I called the store again, and the young lady put me on hold and then hung up without attempting to call me back. My order was placed at 5:50 and delivered at 7:15, and by the time it reached us, the pizza was cold. Horrible service!!!!

I placed a call in order for pick up. Kevin was incredibly patient. He answered all of my questions and assisted me as needed. When I arrived for pick up, Kevin greeted me at the front and opened the box to ensure my order was correct. He checked for my desire to have additional condiments. I appreciate his excellent customer service!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! They are going to make people so sick or worst!! will not be back, the pepperoni always taste bad, like itâs old or spoiled. Listen to other bad reviews on here and photos. Itâs better safe than sorry. Please donât take the chance in eating contaminated and/ or spoiled food. You been warned! I have given this papa Johnâs so many tryâs. Itâs the closest one to my home so I really wanted it to be good. ?
