I called the store before placing an order, and the representative said the delivery time was 40 minutes. After an hour waiting, I called the store again, and the young lady put me on hold and then hung up without attempting to call me back. My order was placed at 5:50 and delivered at 7:15, and by the time it reached us, the pizza was cold. Horrible service!!!!

When I arrived for pick up, Kevin greeted me at the front and opened the box to ensure my order was correct. He checked for my desire to have additional condiments. I appreciate his excellent customer service!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! They are going to make people so sick or worst!! will not be back, the pepperoni always taste bad, like it’s old or spoiled. Listen to other bad reviews on here and photos. It’s better safe than sorry. Please don’t take the chance in eating contaminated and/ or spoiled food. You been warned! I have given this papa John’s so many try’s. It’s the closest one to my home so I really wanted it to be good. ?

The one up northwest where we used to live was really going downhill so haven’t ordered from papas in ages. But it has usually been my fav chain pizza, mostly because I love their crust on the pizza, good toppings and yummy garlic sauce. I felt like this location ahead stayed true to how they used to make it, and ingredients are pretty decent quality!! Our usual go to is some combo of Italian/spicy sausage, mushrooms, and pineapple. Still has good deals. Place is a little small, but just carried out the pizza like I always did. Inside seems clean and mostly operating efficiently. Will definitely order from here again!!
