I placed a call in order for pick up. Kevin was incredibly patient. He answered all of my questions and assisted me as needed. When I arrived for pick up, Kevin greeted me at the front and opened the box to ensure my order was correct. He checked for my desire to have additional condiments. I appreciate his excellent customer service!
First time ordering from this location since moved to this area, so far extremely satisfied!! The one up northwest where we used to live was really going downhill so haven’t ordered from papas in ages. But it has usually been my fav chain pizza, mostly because I love their crust on the pizza, good toppings and yummy garlic sauce. I felt like this location ahead stayed true to how they used to make it, and ingredients are pretty decent quality!! Our usual go to is some combo...
