Today is my first day coming to this location, it’s late —— everyone is probably tired, coming from school and just want to go home from this crazy bi-polar houston weather .
I didn’t think about any of that when I encountered James at the drive thru.
I could see that he’d already taken so many orders ahead of me, however he was energetic, kind, patient, attentive and prompt.
He’s a good reason to visit this Pizza Hut. I literally do not even know how my food is going to come out, but his customer service made me stop what I was doing to leave this review.

Ordered a deep dish pizza with Alfredo sauce and it looked like it was dropped five times before I got it delivered. There was ingredients all over the box leaking out the side. Worst experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut!

When i pulled into the drive thru there was one person in line and nobody at the front. In the time that it took this guy with a funny red hat to attend the person in line 4 more people arrived. He took everyones order inside before he even glanced at the window.
