Found a piece of cooked wood on a large supreme pizza I ordered. When I showed the manager and workers, they stated that it was a piece of burnt mushroom š. Like I couldnt tell the difference between burnt mushrooms and actually wood! After having to physically show them it was wood, all the manager could say was ādamnā. Thank God I got my money back, but please examine your pizzas before leaving the store!

Usually my pizza is very good! I have never had bad service or a horrible pizza, until today. I waited at the drive thru window for 6 min before someone finally came to the window. Who ever worked today 7/12/25 6:15pm ā¦ well, they should not be making pizza. Ordered stuff crust pepperoni. Hardly any cheese on the pizza, and the stuffed crust was the thinnest crust Iāve ever seen.

This is truly unforgivable. My pizza looks like a 3 year old fixed it. This was a deep dish three topping pizza with pepperoni, bacon and jalapeƱos. Thereās no Coming back from this one. Maybe Marcos will treat the people of Meridiana better than you guys. Sickening.

Just ordered a carryout pepperoni and bacon thin crust. I counted 2 pieces of bacon and very little pepperoni. What happened pizza hut you use to bring my fav. The crust was not crispy

Today is my first day coming to this location, itās late āā everyone is probably tired, coming from school and just want to go home from this crazy bi-polar houston weather .
I didnāt think about any of that when I encountered James at the drive thru.
I could see that heād already taken so many orders ahead of me, however he was energetic, kind, patient, attentive and prompt.
Heās a good reason to visit this Pizza Hut. I literally do not even know how my food is going to come out, but his customer service made me stop what I was doing to leave this review.
Ordered a deep dish pizza with Alfredo sauce and it looked like it was dropped five times before I got it delivered. There was ingredients all over the box leaking out the side. Worst experience Iāve ever had with Pizza Hut!
