I placed an order @3pm today, my delivery estimate time was 3:38-3:48 it is now 5:35 and we have got NOTHING! Customer service is TRASH! I called 6 different times got hung up twice left on hold once and the last 2 times I spoke with someone this restaurant manager kept telling them the pizza was in the way. I don’t want their pizza anymore and they won’t give me my refund. This Pizza Hut restaurant along with its managers are trash! Save yourself a headache and order from Marcos! Should’ve don’t that at the beginning, wouldn’t have a headache wouldn’t be out $100 and we would’ve ate already. You guys are pathetic and I hope no one ever eats at this store again! JUST TRASH!

Apparently this particular location was NEVER taught how to look at a clock or even how to read. Place a timed order and it came WAY to early. Had family over for a tough moment in our lives and I ordered what I thought would be comfort food but it was cold and the wings were dry even after I notated extra sauce on them. I truly believe that this will be the very LAST time I ever will use any Pizza Hut again. Deleted the app after I called 5 times and each time they said they were transferring me to customer care it disconnected. DONE! Hail to Papa John's!

Highly disrespectful manager. Laughed at my wife on the phone when she called to complain. He then hung up. When I went to the store he told me he did laugh at her because he thought what she said was funny. He didn't care he was rude, nor care if I came back. Worst management i have ever seen. Will never return to this store again so long as he works there.

The guys at the drive thru are mute. It's one guy who will just look at you and wait for you to speak when you pull up. Today, I ordered personal pizzas and the guy handed them to me without letting me get a good grip on them before he let go. Then cocked an attitude with me. I returned for the pizzas, as they needed to be remade and not a word was said to me, like it was my fault??? I come here often but was left not happy especially when I was the one who was inconvenienced. I would've still smiled and told him to have a good day but he instead in being mad about something he could've prevented.

Thursday is the day we order pizza every week. Today we ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks. When the order arrived the box of mozzarella sticks was full of fries. I looked at the receipt and the order from the app and it said mozzarella sticks. I’ve been calling for the past 20 min and every time the phone rings and rings then it gets picked up for a second then the worker hangs up. This is very unacceptable for something that easy to fill that they get it wrong.

Just ordered two meat lovers pizza from here only word is amazing everything was cooked to perfection done in a timely manner all I can say is this the new pizza hut I'm ordering from and I will share my experience with other amazing just amazing loved it

Found a piece of cooked wood on a large supreme pizza I ordered. When I showed the manager and workers, they stated that it was a piece of burnt mushroom 😂. Like I couldnt tell the difference between burnt mushrooms and actually wood! After having to physically show them it was wood, all the manager could say was “damn”. Thank God I got my money back, but please examine your pizzas before leaving the store!

Who ever worked today 7/12/25 6:15pm … well, they should not be making pizza. Ordered stuff crust pepperoni. Hardly any cheese on the pizza, and the stuffed crust was the thinnest crust I’ve ever seen.

This is truly unforgivable. My pizza looks like a 3 year old fixed it. This was a deep dish three topping pizza with pepperoni, bacon and jalapeños. There’s no Coming back from this one. Maybe Marcos will treat the people of Meridiana better than you guys. Sickening.
