Would be nice if there was a picnic table or another place to sit but the food was incredible. I had the chopped brisket sandwich and the bacon and jalapeno mac & cheese. Great flavor and portions. Had it for the first time last week and going back today.

So if y'all didn't realize...this is a good truck. I found it searching for close by bbq for my dad. Ordered brisket, sausage, ribs and smoked chicken thighs. Thighs are priced by the pieces while everything else was by the pound, typical price. Amazing and delicious brisket! Huge flavor ring. No bbq sauce needed for the brisket at all! Ribs were good. Sausage is a bit dry but good with bbq sauce. Chicken thighs can be either smoked only or can be smoked then deep fried and tossed in sauce. I opted for sauce in side and keep it smoked. I just like genuine smoked meats when purchasing bbq. Service was great. Hubby and wife runs this food truck. After you order...sit in your car and wait...she will bring it out to you! I also would like to come back and try the brisket boudin balls one day!!! Ambiance is a good truck lol! What do you say to that? Lol

Let me start off by saying I should have came here sooner then later. Carlos (The Owner) is a very pleasant person talking too. Was very informative about everything on his menu. Which surprisingly has a large variety of choices compared to other bbq trucks that are out there. I ended up getting the 3 Meat option and paid for extra meat. With beans and potatoe salad. Everything I had ordered was spot on delicious and tasted awsome. Quality and Quantity was a 10+⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Do yourself a favor and stop by this place if you live in the Pearland area. I will definitely be coming back!!!
Best beans and chicken thighs I’ve ever had. Chicken was juicy/Smokey and had crispy skin. Would come back again 10/10!!

Brisket is awesome! It was our first time there even though we live about a mile away . It is mobile food service in a parking lot next to the old McNasty's. Sides were really good too - family fries and barracho beans. Owner is very friendly. We will definitely go back.
