My wife loves Shipleys and say she has eaten there since she was a little girl. So 40+ years. She has earned the right to critique. She says the Bavarian is not good at all. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Hopefully this is an easy fix for them. No issue otherwise. It’s too yellow and not creamy in the right way.

Cold glazed donuts at 8:30am on a Saturday!! Houston has truly spoiled me, I would expect cold glazed donuts in the morning at any other donut establishment besides Shipley’s. Not only that I order a dozen mixed at least 2-3 times a month and this is the first time I’ve ever had the glazed in the middle of the box which leads me to believe this box was pre-made and that is why my donuts were cold. I don’t frequent this location bc they are pricier even though it’s closer to my house. And now I will stick with that, keep going where I know my glazed donuts will be fresh and hot on a Saturday morning.

They're way too expensive now. This company has gotten too big for it's britches. $1.50 for a donut is down right robbery it cost 19 cents to make a mass produced donut. 1.50 is a rip off
